I was scared to go to the dentist,But the people at Perfect Teeth are so understanding, made me feel very welcome.Ive never had a Dr.talk to me so friendly and understanding. I WILL recommend them to all my family and friends Another day at my dentist ,I was in pain when I went in but came out pain-free .Now I enjoy going to the dentist.

I have had two crowns done at Perfect Teeth on Silverbell Road, and a third crown re-cemented. The crowns were done with great care and precision. I was very pleased with the time and care taken with the preparation for the crowns and how Dr. Michael and his assistant we're careful to be sure I was comfortable. I have had no trouble with the crowns. One of them has been in for almost three years and the other one was done last fall. Dr. Michael always remembers my name, even when he saw me and greeted me one time in Home Depot. The last cleaning I had was very thorough and the hygienist was very friendly and competent.

Worst experience with the new Hygienist here this month. I was caused so much pain from just the probing I had to leave. I explained several times to both the X-ray tech and the Hygienist how sensitive I am to this and yet after a minimum of 5 requests to please be gentle I was not being heard. I have been through at least two hygienists here and they were both so careful, professional and caring. Felt none of that on this day. Felt like a bother. I had to walk out. Probably won't go back and will not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Absolutely was happy with my deeper cleaning treatment today. Appreciate with lots of great solid advice how to take care of my teeth from my dental hygienist. ( didn't pay attention to her name tho) Overall it was a great experience!

These guys are great! The staff is especially professional & friendly. Angel, Mindy & Dr. Michael always make our family's visits comfortable & relaxed. I highly recommend making an appointment.

Staff are always helpful and very friendly. They take the time to explain things to you and are very knowledgeable. They are very clean and take extra precautions during covid as well. Highly recommend.

These guys and ladys are the best, i broke a tooth they got me in as quickly as they could. This was my 1st visit with them i showed up almost 30 mins late i was completely expecting to have to reschedule but NO !! They got me right in took care of the tooth. They were busy and could of easily made me come back another day but they did not. They had to pull the tooth and i felt nothing quick and easy and it was a wisdom tooth at that... thank your Dr. Shop... and staff i will be back for sure.... thank u thank u thank u..

Don't go here liars! They tell you it's covered by insurance and then bill you. 2 different visits. Told would be covered even though they don't know. Edit: Angelina was able to have the charges removed and corrected. Still not a good experience should have been fixed on the first call months ago. I may have also overpaid out of pocket per my insurance but I just want to be done. I'm glad it's done, thank you.

Melissa and Tomas were awesome. I was scheduled at the end of the day after a long day they had. They took the time to throughly give me a great cleaning. I have never had a better experience! They are passionate and take pride in what they do. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend!

They were very nice and did their best to make me feel comfortable. It has been a while since I've been to the dentist and I asked them to be very direct with me. They told me what needed to be done and explained things very well. They are willing to help out as much as possible to help you understand what you need done and if money is an issue they take time to explain what should be done right away and what you might be able to hold off on. All and all it was a great experience and I look forward to having them be my primary dental office.

The dental provider staff themself is terrific--I have nothing but lovely things to say about my periodontist and his assistants. Their billing department is another thing. The billing department is engaging in balance billing, in violation of their contract with Delta Dental. I have had to spend a lot of time to resolve previous billing issues. I furthermore have secondary coverage that picks up anything that primary insurance does not cover. It appears that this office is engaging in "double-dipping", collecting on charges from the patient that in some cases they are contractually obligated to write off, or in my case, billing my secondary coverage AND me for charges remaining after my primary insurance has made their payment, sending the patient balance to collections, resulting in hits to my credit rating. Unless the new office manager is successful in forcefully banning this unethical practice, I STRONGLY recommend that anyone dealing with this problem find an ethical dentist office.
