I would like to start off say that I didnt have a perfectly aligned jaw and had some previous orthodontist work done. But when I went in to get multiple crowns done I felt that I got an unsatisfactory job done. To begin crown placement and getting an impression took more time and trails then I would expect. After never ever getting contacted back, I had to call the office to check if my crowns were in. They would say it just came in whether it's been 1 week or 3 weeks, so lack of proactivity there. The first set of crowns came in and of course it takes longer and more trails of fitting then expected. Maybe the process is supposed to take that long, but I felt the doctor was unprepared and had little experience. Then the second crown came and it didn't fit at all so I have to get it rescheduled, which again took 3 week of me waiting then having to call them back to check if my crown was in. After the wait, the crown was deformed and did not resemble my last teeth, I was hesitant but proceeded with the procedure. The crown was not a good fit and a month or so later it pushed me into a heavy underbit with grinding of my front teeth that I have never experienced. Now because of these procedures I have to get orthodontist treatment which will cost 5 grand. With their lack of quality treatment to the degree I expected and lack of experience the crowns placed moved my jaw, now. I have to get invisalign. The staff are nice, don't get me wrong, but I have a strong feeling that the doctor is still learning, and unaware what she did would result in this. I would not recommend this particular pratice if your dental needs are more then just simple work.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they seemed more friendly rather than scolding. The doctor gave me a lot of information on how to take care of my teeth that was a lot more specific than previous offices I've been to. All around friendly and very helpful.

What a great office! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. In addition the hygienists and dentists do a wonderful job of making sure your comfortable and understand any treatments they're doing.

The staff is awesome. Great experience with being checked in. Awesome experience by the teeth cleaning and examination. She also made recommendactions to improve flossing. The Dentist also is very knowledgeable. Overall why I continue coming back.

Knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain and help me understand how to better take care of my teeth. Also really great place for my kids to visit for their care as well.

Each of my visits have been amazing from friendly and helpful staff that remind you of your appointments ahead of time and answering questions you might have. The dentist Evelyn Qi , DMD is passionate about dentistry with impressive credentials. I Experienced her top concern For comfort of her patients while she replaced my crown. She was compassionate & gentle when working on a procedure asking if you are ok & in any pain. I would recommend this dental office with its caring dentist & staff to all! Patti Lennox

I've been going to this location for close to 10 years now. The dentist changes fairly regularly but they are always so nice and helpful. The front desk staff are so incredibly nice! Everyone from the staff, hygienists and dentists are all well trained and knowledgeable. Love this location, highly recommend it to everyone!

Who knew going to the dentist could be such a great experience! After nearly 20 years with the same dentist, I had to switch dentists because my former dentist stopped taking my Cigna insurance. I tried two other dentists and felt like I was in the middle of a sales pitch the entire time I was there. It made the entire experience even less enjoyable, which was yet another reason to not want to go to the dentist. But since going to the dentist is not optional, I needed to find one that I liked and trusted. So after my two bad experiences I decided to try Perfect Teeth in Arvada...luckily the 3rd time was a charm! The great experience started the second I walked in the door, as the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. It continued with the person who x-rayed and cleaned my teeth (she was very personable, thorough and professional) as well as with the person who took molds of my teeth (she actually made the experience enjoyable, which was amazing). And the icing on the cake was the dentist herself; she was extremely attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and very genuine. Not only had I never felt so cared for while at the dentist, but the quality of care was absolutely top-notch. And the cherry on top is the prices are very reasonable, and they accept all kinds of insurance (including Cigna). 5-star care at affordable prices while enjoying an excellent experience...what could be better? I actually look forward to going back to Perfect Teeth...which says a LOT since it is the dentist after all.
