Great and friendly staff, Dr Parsons spent time with me and coming up with a plan . His dental assistant Cassie was also awesome. 3/10/22 had a root canal no pain.

I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was very gentle and professional. Dr Parsons is always nice and caring. The office staff are very sharp and friendly! I highly encourage you to try this dental office if you are looking for a dentist or orthodontist. Jill

Dr. Parson and the entire staffs at Perfect Teeth - 88th & Wads was very kind and professional. I came in for a tooth crown procedure, Dr. Parson and his assistant thoroughly explains and walk me over every steps making sure I understand what was being done on my tooth. Dr. Parson is very gentle and light handed, I did not feel any pain or discomfort throughout the whole procedures. My overall experience with Perfect Teeth is nothing more then PERFECT, I highly recommend going there for anyones needing dental work done.

Been coming here for years. They do such a great job and I'm very lucky to have such a skilled Dentist and Dental Hygienist. The staff is always friendly. My experience has been positive with each visit. I can honestly say I do not dread going to the Dentist. I got a piece of dental floss stuck in my teeth and I was able to same day appointment when I called. The floss was removed and they all were very kind.

Dentists were good. Insurance biller not so good. Paid up front each time procedure was done. Months later a discrepancy over what insurance still owed. Biller said she had to redo it she must have put in wrong coding. A very big mess. A lot more to the story. Still trying to fix it. A big hassle going back and forth with them and insurance company. Several different amounts of what I owe. And for some reason what the insurance company didn't pay and should have. All this mess and sent to collections in less then a year and a half. Hopefully there are dentists with more competent office people. Still trying to clear it up. Too much frustration.

They handle every patient personally, are extremely knowledgeable but also gentle, thorough, warm, and friendly. I've had several good dentists/hygienists over the years but none of them could come close to this team.

My visit was great! Samantha the Hygienist, was so gentle and helped alleviate my anxiety. The front office staff, specifically Melissa, Danielle and Tonya went above and beyond to ensure that I understood my insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses, and their customer service was top-notch. I love this office! Thanks for ensuring that my teeth and gums are as healthy as they can be!

I went here for cracked teeth and had made an appointment to see their endodontist for a root canal. My symptoms changed before the appointment and I called the office to ask their advice. It seems the office staff did not ask any dentist at their office but referred me to a terrible endodontist office (Dr. McMurtrey) that did not evaluate if my teeth even warranted an emergency root canal. This doctor didn't examine my teeth, do a consultation, or even spend any time to speak with me and instead told me to close my mouth and started numbing me, he tried to force a root canal on me before I even consented to one. I had the sense to leave immediately. It was the worst thing a medical professional has ever done to me. I called Perfect Teeth and told them about my traumatizing experience at their recommendation, the office staff was dismissive and gaslighted me. They said no one's ever complained about Dr. McMurtrey and treated me like I was to blame. Don't go here and definitely don't go to Dr. McMurtrey's office.
