Outstanding experience. I could go on and on but will hit the highlights. -front office staff: from the moment is checkin, everything was on time complete with a friendly smile and comfortable waiting room. Great communication regarding benefits, followup scheduling, and flexibility. -dental assistants: efficient, friendly, conversational, attentive. -hygienist: knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, caring, great recommendations for flossing. -Dr Gupta: went above and beyond... I've never had an experience such as this, much less on a first visit. I had a checkup with xrays, cleaning, consultation. 6 amalgams over 20yrs old needed replacing. She offered to do them from 1 by 1 or all in one visit. I opted for the latter. All done painlessly and efficiently. Local anesthesia was superb. Took scans for before and after simulation photos of invisalign. No pressure to proceed, just provided info. What would've been several visits over multiple times taking work off over a few months, likely, was completed in one afternoon. Dr Gupta texted me today to check-in on how I'm doing... That was a first for me. Without hesitation, I will be referring people here.

I've never liked going to the dentist, so for many years, I didn't. Add in my younger self's poor lifestyle decisions, and then finally, a fight with the corner of a metal suitcase in my storage unit knocked out three of my teeth. So I was forced to find a dentist, and I can"t recommend Perfect Smile and Dr Gupta more strongly. The professional and personal service they provide, along with the welcoming and non judgemental environment, helped put my mind at ease and to anyone afraid, apprehensive or embarrassed to go to the dentist, go to Perfect Smile and Dr. "No Pain" Gupta. You won't be sorry. Starting with Erin welcoming me in and walking me through, and then Dr Gupta and her dental assistant( I can't remember her name) making it happen. Life changing and I can't thank them enough. Small office but big service

My parents and I come here! I recently got multiple fillings and a bonding and had excellent results on my teeth! Dr. Gupta and her staff are very kind, helpful, and caring people! She goes above and beyond for my family and I, and my mom referred me to her. I was previously afraid of going to the dentist's and neglected my teeth, but Dr. Gupta took me in and has always been so gentle and caring towards me. She also gives excellent advice about your oral health and has great recommendations. She fits you in schedule whenever needed and really does care to see how you're doing/feeling. I had a mild tooth pain and she gave me her earliest appointment. I'm really glad I switched dentists and came to her instead. She's an honest doctor, and that's very hard to find these days.

Great experience came in for clean up because I had a coupon and they did a wonderful job! One thing I really liked is that they explain to me what I needed done and worked with my schedule for future appointments. I prefer text for communication and they are very good with that. Also had text follow ups to check up on me after I did my crown as well. Overall great experience very friendly staff. Thank you!

Dr. Gupta was very thorough and kind. She didn't tell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. She was honest which is super important to me. I've had so many experiences where I've left dental offices crying because of the amount of work I was told I needed.

Dr. Gupta and her staff went above and beyond to help my 104 year old friend get his dentures repaired after they became chipped and cracked and were causing him pain. They fit him into their busy schedule, arranged for perfect timing to get repairs done the same day, and were kind and understanding to a dear old elderly person. Special kudos and thanks to Erin!

I was extremely terrified of the dentist my whole life. I became a new patient recently at Perfect Smiles last year. I explained my past history of my horrible experience with past dentist. With the help of Dr.Gupta and staff they helped me feel comfortable and safe every time I go in. They are very gentle and caring.I truly appreciate everything they have done for me. They go beyond expectations to ensure the patient satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this office to all of my friend and family members.

The Doctor and Staff were very friendly. I had seven cavities filled and it was as painless as possible! The doctor even called me the evening, to see if I was okay! I appreciated that!
