In addition to in-office education, we also instruct patients in proper home care. To keep visual track of your progress, we use a unique tool we call our Dental Fitness Report. After each examination, we mark the appropriate level of your dental fitness, as well as give you a detailed explanation of how you can improve your dental report card. Each visit you can compare your scores and be involved in your dental care.

Ensuring safety is an important part of our practice. We use the latest in sterilization technology and adhere to OSHA safety procedures. We use disposables where possible, and all reusable instruments are thoroughly sterilized using autoclave techniques.
Insurance policies are designed to assist you in paying for health care. Most cover major medical bills, like those generated in emergencies. Because insurance provides only partial coverage, you pay for the rest of the services you and your family need. We can help you get the most out of your insurance, and we will gladly file it for you. We are also partners with Delta Insurance.
Our staff works together as a team toward the goal of providing excellence in service while maintaining enthusiasm in working with patients and with each other. Everyone is cross-trained to help things run as smoothly as possible, and we all seek to make our patients feel welcome

I'm not one to usually review places but this place deserves one. They got me in relatively quick for an appointment and they even were understanding when I had to cancel just a few hours before my scheduled appt due to unforeseen circumstances. They scheduled me for the following week with a new appt. I needed a tooth extraction which I've never had before so my nerves were all over the place. The dental assistant had excellent bedside manner, so friendly and so polite. I wish I could remember her name so that I could shout her out. Dr. Kaur was my dentist and she was incredible. She made me feel so at ease, she listened to my concerns and reassured me every step of the way. She vocalized every thing to me so that nothing came as a surprise. They did my X-ray and extraction all within the same day, actually within the same hour. She made absolute sure I was numbed and did not start until I assured her I was numb. My post-op instructions were clear and easy to understand. Dr. Kaur called me a few hours later to check in and said she would be calling again at night to check in again. If that's not top notch service, I don't know what is! This place doesn't accept my insurance which is a bummer, but their prices are great and affordable and honestly, I don't mind paying out of pocket when the staff and service are this great. That includes the receptionist as well because she was also super friendly! I've never written a review this long either but the least I could do was give this place the time to write a review! You won't go wrong by going here.

Very professional staff. Dr. Kaur is great and so is Chelsea the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. The receptionist is very friendly also. I highly recommend this practice. Very clean environment as well.

Perfect Smiles is the best dentist office and has the best staff with the most compassionate dentist. Dr. Kahr is excellent, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She numbed my mouth very gently to where I didn't feel any pain. The entire office goes above and beyond. Great place for your dental needs!!!

When i moved to the area I knew I would miss my previous dentist in Erie Pa. When I came away from my first visit here. I was very happy and relieved to find the wonderful dentist at this practice. Staff is equally pleasant and efficient. Strongly recommend!!!
