I never write reviews but I just had to let everybody know how great Dr Ramon and his staff is. I needed a root canal but I had a phobia with Dentists and kept putting it off. That is until I met Dr Ramon. He and his staff are so professional and reassuring throughout the entire process that it made a big chicken like myself feel completely at ease and it was painless! If you are looking for a great dentist, look no further than Perfect Smile Family Dentistry. They are absolutely the best!

I highly recommend Perfect Smile Family Dentistry! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the dental clinic was spotless clean, during my dental checkup, the Doctor was very gentle and took the all the time needed to answer in detail any and all the questions I had about the health of my teeth. If you are looking for a new local dentist, this is the one.

This dentist office charged me $4000 for a service that wasn't done which I find highly unethical and have been reaching out by phone and email for over 3 months to get this error made corrected, have not received an apology or a response. I feel no other choice but to reach out here bc alot of businesses care about their reviews. After being a patient here for years, I feel very unvalued as a customer. Below is the email sent a few days ago, with no response still... Following this, the office contacted me to set up an appt with the dr to discuss this for this past Monday. Following that they called and said the Dr can't make it but he would call me that day. All week I still haven't received a call... I also tried leaving a review on Yelp, but it would't let me. Dr. Ramon, I've been a patient with you for some time now. And a few months ago, I took my daughter to your office. At that time, you recommended braces. I had set an appointment for the braces for my daughter. At the time, I got the call for the appointment reminder, I advised that we were not going through with the braces. I explained my reason being, was due to mental health, as my daughter already felt a lot going on with going to a neurologist for seizures and a dermatologist, while having honors classes at school. And we felt it was something we wouldn't add on to her plate, at this time. So, I was advised the change would be taken care of. However, as far as I know, this has not yet been resolved. I've made about 20 phone calls as this has been going on for a few months now. As I've already received 3 bills. When I've called I've spoken to evonne and the other girl who answers. And both of them are polite and nice. However, I know there is only so much they can do. As I understand Elena has to take care of this. When I called they said they would give Elena the message for she can correct the billing and have her call me. I never received a call from her. Over a week ago, I called and did speak with she was going to take care of it. Her interaction felt very cold and seemed to have complete disregard for the situation and did not even apologize. And at the end of our conversation, Elena asked me to call and follow up. Which I found unusual, being everything I already experienced to still ask me to call back. But, did call back, and again I haven't been able to get in contact with her. So, here I am communicating all this to you. I ask that this charge be resolved please. My whole reason I didn't do the braces at this time, was to due to alot we already had going on. And I didn't need additional anxiety being added to our lives. Then to end up having this still being added stress. I really don't have time to continue investing in this. Again, ask that this be resolved. This has now effected my credit. Therefore, I ask that my credit be repaired. We're wanting to do a Home Equity Line of Credit, and have been waiting for this to be rectified, due my credit score being lowered. So, if this can please get your attention. And mostly I am letting you know of my experience, because I would hate for you to have another customer experience a situation like this. Things were alright for a while with them but then did a reimbursement form since they failed to take down information prior. Paid full price even though I had insurance. They ended up giving me the run around even the manager that covid delayed everything and they never got paid by insurance. Took 10 months for me to get paid the reimbursement and I had to take things into my own hands with the insurance. These people were lying and neglecting to pay me what the insurance already paid them months ago. Never again.

Perfect smiles hasn't submitted proper claim to my aunts insurance company therefore leading her to pay out of pocket! It's unfair that that dental office practices unethical and practices work that aren't up to date with state board laws. Very unprofessional on handling customer issues like my aunts Rosa. We walked in inquiring a billing statement and the office manager was unable to provide us with a receipt. It seems this facility is practicing without an up to date license and they aren't helping people with simple information regards monthly payments. Perfect smiles wasn't being helpful not where they professional! Elena wouldn't provide us with a receipt of work done on my aunt Rosa and said we had to pay $50 to receive a claim receipt. That's not true, they are trying to scam and hand out a hand written estimate. We asked for a letterhead with info such as business name, address, doctors name, license number and a detail receipt of all dental work to submit to insurance company since she had to pay out of pocket and Elena failed to proceed with simple knowledgeable information. My aunt Rosa would like that information and would be satisfied with habit that on paper versus being told what her total is. Rosa initially thought that Perfect smiles would bill her insurance but they neglected to do so causing her to pay out of pocket. We contacted Rosa's dental insurance and as stated Perfect smiles has not submitted a claim on Rosa, leading Rosa to pay up front, cause a headache and sadly they provide what seems to be scheming service on Dr. Ramon's behalf whom is the dental servicer at Perfect smiles! Rosa would like a letterhead with company's information as asked to office manger Elena with a print out of company name, address, doctor name, license number and detail dental work with total. That would be sufficient but they are unable to provide such simple data?! We are contacting South Gate city hall on business license because it is expired but all we need is a letterhead letter so that Rosa may submit her dental work to her insurance so that they may cover her benefits!
