I went in over 3 month's ago to get looked at for some tooth pain which turned out I needed tqo new fillings. I scheduled an appointment that day to come back for a cleaning and the work to be done. Which i figured on my first trip they would at least clean my teeth but they did was take a few x-rays and nothing more. Since that initial appointment I have had my scheduled time's cancled due to "office emergencies". When I rescheduled the first appointment I had already been waiting two month's so I figured what would a little longer kill and man I was wrong. They then told me today they had nothing available for anytime soon but of I could be there at 1130 am they would clean my teeth, (mind you it was already 11:10 am and I would have fly from export to greensburg) which apparently they couldn't at first when I made this appointment. Basically the place is a 3 ring cirus and should be avoided at all costs. Abby who answered the phone was super sweet other then that this place is a joke.

They made me wait a month for my filling to fall out after telling them i was in pain. They canceled the night before and rebooked me for a month and half later and tomorrow was appointment and they canceled it once again without even an option to rebook or anything.

My dad had multiple extractions and was given a pain medicine Rx and when we tried to fill it the pharmacy told us the dentist didn't renew their license so they can't fill it. Multiple calls on both ends and no one did anything about it until they closed for the weekend. I'm speechless really.

I have worked in the past at three dental offices starting in 1989. My understanding of them came into play when I started going to Perfect Smile Dental. I have a positive yet realistic view of life and here is what I noticed at Perfect Smile Dental in Greensburg. The staff seemed kind and respectful. I had a crown done last year there and just had another crown done about a month ago. Dental assistant Chris on both occasions radiated competency and efficiency. I had done some dental assistance in the past so I was aware of her role and how well she did. I was particularly happy in the planning for the crown in that I was given a financial arrangement in writing. Though I have dental insurance, there was some patient financial responsibility and my portion of pay was clearly indicated on the arrangement. My cleaning and check ups can be considered routine and I felt that I had a good cleaning and check up with the help of the hygienist. I had noticed an instance in the waiting room that gave me insight. There was a first time patient who was full of anxiety and fear with stories of bad dental experiences in the past by other dentists. It seemed like because of her negative past, she set herself up to expect the worst. I pointed out to her how her past may color what she expects in the future from a dentist. Dr. Petrina who she was about to see was a nice but quiet dentist who gave me the feeling that he did excellent work. I told her to forgive her past and expect the best from an office I felt would take good care of her.

Over my 31 years I never had a bad experience with a dentist until I came here. The other reviews are all true. Stay far away if you don't want damage done to your mouth.

What a joke of a dentist. Made me wait a month for an appointment and the doctor goes on vacation. Never called me to tell me or even reschedule me! When I do get someone on the phone they tried to schedule me out a month away. What terrible customer service! Would give it negative stars if that was possible!

Horrible experience. First off I went in with an abscess. I had to ask for antibiotics before leaving the office. No procedure should be done prior to antibiotics full extraction was scheduled. From receptionist to anesthesiologist. Sanitary conditions are abhorrent. Ended up with a head full of lice. Jen needs to reevaluate her work ethic. Her arrogance and dismissiveness is unparalleled. The state should be ashamed of itself. Every person should be treated the same but if you have to rely on the state insurance this is NOT the place to go. Animals are treated better at a vet. Frankly the Stat Health Board should shut them down. This office is a prime example of why people hate the dentist. I have just gotten off the phone to file a formal complaint with the CDC

I got dentures here and I had to go back 5 times to get them adjusted I told them they didn't fit right or feel right and the bottom ones were way too big and were like a bulldogs teeth. After agreeing with me and assuring me that they would be right the next time I had to pay them to mail them to me since I moved out of state. I have them and once again they're not even close to being right and I wasted money and time for dentures I can't even wear.If you are considering getting dentures please save your time and humiliation by going somewhere else. This place only wants money from your insurance and doesn't care about you at all!!!!

Perfect smile has been great to us! My kiddos and myself go there. If I have an emergency they fit me right in. Great service and great people that work there. Only thing is sometimes there is a wait time after your scheduled appointment depending on the day. Other than that great place for the family dentist.

I was terrified of the dentist for many years and it got so bad that i stopped going until finally my teeth were so bad that I had to face my fears and go. My first visit at Perfect Smile was in December and we had to extract four teeth and I was terrified but the ladies in the front assured me that the assistants and the doctor were good at what they do and they were right. After that first visit I have been comfortable with every visit since. The whole staff is so caring and loving with what they do. They literally make me feel like I'm at home. Five months, seven extractions, thirteen fillings later and I finally can smile with confidence and not feel insecure about it. I recommend this place to everyone that needs work done because they are true professionals and a loving and caring staff. Thank you too everyone at Perfect Smile but a special thanks to Jaci, Jenn, Crystal, and Dr. Petrina. You guys are the best!

Taking back my 5 stars. This dentist is very rude and doesn't care about their clients at all. I was 20 or 21 at the time of my last visit which ended up being my last ever. The older man dentist spoke to me in the most unprofessional way ever. I have anxiety like really bad anxiety to the point I cry. Well I had to get a tooth pulled my anxiety kicked in I was crying. He said "your 20 years old and crying at the dentist you need to grow up I'll come back and continue when you're done crying" comes back and says are you done crying me not being able to answer because my mouth is being held open. After my tooth got pulled he didn't come back to check on me a nurse came and said come up to the desk and sent me home with zero instructions. My partner got wisdom teeth pulled they left tooth in her gums also the root canal they did got so infected she needed to get an emergency re root canal done her new dentist said it's like they didn't even try. It's sad how you give your money to them and they treat you so poorly. Half the time you can barely get them on the phone. Glad we found a new dentist.

This place is super unprofessional. Dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a rush job so she didn't have to deal with me in there. Super ignorant. Thinking the staff there needs to take an ethics course on how to professionally and kindly communicate with patients !! Sad.

Jeffrey Petrina is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went to get a molar removed and they cracked my $3,000 crown / bridge. One week later I came in to have it fixed, they told me they did not have the bonding to fix it. that they would order what was needed and two days later I should be able to have it fixed..... 10 days later I still have not been given one appointment to fix what they have done. They refused to give me antibiotics the first day and pieces of my crown are stuck in my gum. They refuse to help me. They will not call me back. They push the blame on anyone but themselves. I plan to report them to the better Business bureau and to my insurance company. I also fully intend to sue the dentist. I have been an excruciating pain for the last 2 weeks. It is ridiculous that he will not take responsibility for the pain and suffering that he is causing me every single day.

Just had my 1st visit...everyone was so nice and helpful. Couldn't believe how affordable it was after having been to a different dentist for a consultation, the other dentist was going to charge over $8000. for what all I needed..Perfect Smiles total was $3000. Quite a difference for the same procedures !!!

Terrible terrible place. I've had a temporary tooth in way to long that I prepaid for the entire thing and they have again canceled my app. This happens constantly with this place. Extremely unprofessional.
