I believe they have some good people there but I think they believe they are too snooty to help people... I felt like they started off good but slowly started to show their true colors and I just cannot condone their actions any longer... I will find the right dentist and they are not worth the time and price

First time going to this dentist, and we officially found our new family dentist. The waiting room is small, but I was warned about that before going in, so I wasn't surprised to be cramped when I went in. But I filled my paperwork out and was taken right back! The man that cleaned my teeth was seriously incredible. I mean I can't say enough about how great he was -- and I hate going to the dentist lol! He was pleasant to talk to and was very gentle cleaning my teeth. Cleaned them better than I think I've ever had too! The doctor came in afterwards & told me what's what, and that was that! My husband and I were in and out and both agree it was a surprisingly enjoyable trip to the dentist! I hope everyone has the experience that we had.

It was the first and LAST time for me at the "Perfect Smile Dental". I arrived about 20 min. early for my first appointment and was shocked that the office was in a building that looked condemned. Once inside I went to the window that had a "DO NOT KNOCK" sign on it. I waited and could hear someone talking and talking and talking and talking but couldn't be bothered to even slide the window open and say "Just one moment" NOTHING! Another patient waiting said "you might want to sit down, they don't open the window often". The office didn't have a rest room so I had to walk over to the next building to find facilities. When I returned back the other patient said no one had opened the window yet. I went over and did knock and was handed some paperwork to fill out. While filling out the papers the patient said the name of the Dentist he was to see....It was the same as mine. When he got called back I asked how far behind they were and was told that "my" dentist was finishing up and would be with me in a few moments. (obviously didn't realize we were talking to each other) I waited about another 15 min. and got up and left. No only is the facility horrible but the employees are lier's. Unless you have a terrible toothache and can't find ANYWHERE else to go....find another dental provider!

Im in pain they tell me its a cavity( wisdom tooth) and needs removed ok, problem is they scheduled me 6 weeks out give me antibotics but nothing 4 pain, not even tylenol...i do not recommend this place, go someplace else. Its been only a few days my tooth is pounding and have 2 wait 5 more weeks! That is not caring 4 your paitents, like the other posts, they dont care

My girlfriend went in for tooth extractions, and the dentist wouldn't listen to her when she said she was feeling pain. He continued to tell her she had dental anxiety instead of listening to her and eventually said he couldn't deal with it and told her to leave after already beginning to work on her. I've never seen or heard of somebody being this rude to their patients.

First time at this dentist. Wonderful experience. Very friendly staff. The service was great. Had a cleaning and a filling and all was done in one hour, and they are extremely efficient. No waiting in line either. This has become my new dentist office for sure!

This is probably the worst experience I've had with any dentistry. The only nice people were the secretaries in the front, and maybe one assistant, besides that - they have some of the worst communication and want to do what they want to do to your teeth rather than what is bothering you. This is the first time I've left anywhere mid- appointment.

They are the worst dentistry in the business. They will do a procedure with out authorizing with insurance first. Then you get stuck with a $800 dollar dental bill this place an everyone like it should be shut down. They also have ignorant staff an unprofessional dentist.

So I went for 5 fillings and let's just say it hasn't been a week and there is an issue. Originally I thought it was me being over critical, but NO. I do not understand why dental assistants are doing fillings...especially when they're not even done correctly. My whole thing is a filling is one of the simplest procedures and they couldn't even get that right. I'm honestly very upset because I do not want to go back to this office and be seen especially in the middle of flu season in a pandemic but I have no choice. I believe my fillings were doing improperly due to the fact I cannot get floss between my teeth. I think the filling material is stuck between my teeth. I've had cavities filled before and this is so unprofessional and disheartening to know perfect smile couldn't get it right. I wouldn't trust any type of major procedures. I guess get in and get out. Question the work on your teeth before you leave. O.5/5

This office is unprofessional and does terrible work with kids. I was not given the full diagnosis of my daughter dental needs and sent to the New Kensington office. Dr. Harvey informed me he was not sent her xrays from forest hills initially. Dr. Harvey whom magically left the practice put crowns on teeth should have been removed and my daughter developed abscesses on them and we were referred to a completely different office that stated my daughter would again need multie appts to correct Dr. Harvey lack of work. I do not recommend getting care here. The front desk ladies are always on there cell phones and are not very friendly.

New to the Perfect Smile family ! Now on my 3rd visit and it's been nothing but a great experience! They have been very accommodating and efficient to my dental needs. Had an extraction of two teeth which for me was horrifying to have to think of but they made it a pleasant experience overall ! & this is Coming from someone who hates going to the dentist .. They are so friendly and I'm glad to now have them as my dentist for all of dental needs.
