Do NOT waste your time scheduling here. Your appointments will continually be canceled a week before your appointment because their hygienist is not going to be in. They will schedule you again 4 to 6 months later only to have them cancel you again. Haven't been there in over 2 years because like today they canceled my appointment one week short of it.

Do NOT go here for orthodontics. Dr Brown is awesome but ever since Perfect Smiles took over they only have the orthodontist in every other Friday morning. So if you break a bracket or retainer, you could have to wait 2-4 weeks to get it fixed & your poor kid has to suffer for weeks before they can get relief. My daughter had her braces removed right after Perfect Smiles took over. She's broken 2 retainers and had to wait 3-4 weeks before they were able to get her in for a replacement each time, which is more than enough time for the teeth to shift and undo years of ortho treatment & thousands of $$$s. They're also price gouging on the cost of retainers. Two years ago, replacements were $75 each. 2 months ago, they were $150 each and today they were $250 each.

After having a nightmare experience with Aspen Dental in Butler, (who should be shut down for predatory practices) someone recommended this dental practice to me and am I ever glad they did! I have never received such fantastic dental care in my life! Their extended hours work with my schedule, they always make sure I'm comfortable and at ease, they walk me through every step of the process for each appointment to make sure I understand what's going on and always let me know what the price is going to be so there isn't any surprises. I had teeth extracted twice with them and the dentist is so efficient and fast, and all the assistants that work there are so down to earth and kind. Natalie helped calm my anxiety and held my hand through getting teeth pulled and she is so funny! I will continue to go here and nowhere else! If you're not satisfied with your current dentist, come here and you won't regret it!

No option for zero stars. Will never be back. Waited almost an hour after appt. hygienist coughing all over the place and my son. Stay home if you are sick! Not to mention she did a terrible job cleaning my sons teeth. And to top it off the dr left. What the heck how do u have a dentist appt and not see the dentist. Will have to find another dentist as we will not be back here.

My son has been going here for years. He actually should be finished with his ortho and have his braces off. However we can't get a hold of anyone for 4 months! So, this group is fully paid from my insurance and my out of pocket costs, yet they haven't completed their work!!!!

Only reason they got one star I had too, Terrible place, my daughter had her braces put on here and needed to be seen because a wire broke and couldn't get a hold of anyone they don't answer their phone. Phone just rings and rings. We literally just had to show up at the office to get it fixed and they said oh our phone number changed, Really, I noticed they never changed their phone number on the website. You would think they would call all their patients and let everyone know their number changed. That was several months ago that I tried getting a hold of them now here I am again trying to get ahold of them and again phone just rings and rings no answer. This is a dentist office/ orthodontist emergency do come up when parents needs to have their child seen. Ridiculous, Insurance company already paid this office/Orthodontist to complete the job, I can't take her to any one else because they won't fix or or anything to another Orthodontist work especially because they were already paid. This office needs reported so on one deals with them. Only thing nice I have to say is the orthodontist is Nice and the dental hygienist are nice. Other than that they need to learn how to run their office in a professional way.

This is a great place to go to I've been going here for years but since covid started you can't get ahold of them I've been calling since the 15 of November to try and get an excuse for school. It would be nice if they answered I know they are busy but we've been calling for days. They should've picked up once at least already.

Just saw some of these horror stories and saw how pushy they were with pulling a tooth instead of fixing it like I wanted I'm just gonna avoid this place like the plague.

First of all every time I call them I can't get a answer right away I have to call 3 more times to get an answer, then they don't return your calls , I am still waiting on my Temp teeth an its been like 2 months so far! I just don't know about this place an now they don't have a oral surgeon so I have to go some where else to get my teeth pulled but they are still suppose to do my denture's its just a mess!

PLEASE READ!!!! Very rude staff, especially the lady on the front desk. I drove over an hour and 15 mins to get there and I was late for 2 minutes and she wouldn't let me in. However, every other time I would come on time, I would have to wait 30-50 minutes before I am in. Also, I went there 6 times to get a crown and every single time it wouldn't fit me. The doctor would do the work and let the nurse do the fillings, where she messed up mine and I was in very bad pain. I called and explained to them how bad the pain was and they wouldn't schedule me until a month after!!!! I would never ever go to this place again.

Very unprofessional. Takes a month to get appointments scheduled. Will cancel you minutes before your appointment. Doctors leave early on any given day. Also they have poor communication between staff. I wouldn't recommend. They also never pick up the phone very rude. I would give it Zero stars if I could. I'm different reporting this office to BBB.
