I've had my braces done and taken off here. The first person who attended me was Doctor Zachary Hirsch, he did an amazing job considering the fact that a lot had to get done, most of my process was done by him, but he no longer works there. The person who ended up taking off my braces was Dr. Tanksley, I felt comfortable and I was happy with my results. I would say though that after Dr. Hrisch the staff was a bit inconsistent, but overall it is a great place and 100% recommend it.

The staff there is horrible they can't even keep The same orthodontist every time you go is a new orthodontist and the staff is mad rude disrespectful and no damn office organizing. Ever since Dr. Hirsch left the services are horrible and disgusting. Do not recommend this office for orthodontic treatment!!!!!!!!!

I recently moved to this city and I'm single parent, they made me feel like I'm abusive and not caring , i don't have car and bus / subway it's giving me anxiety they have no compassion ! I would never go there and don't recommend ! Just my honest opinion

The staff is great, but sometimes the docs are inconsistent, my main issue is when you first sign on with them for braces they say make the deposit and you pay X amount each month until your braces are paid off. So they make it sound like the total will be something when in reality they are under estimating the amount of time until your braces come off. Add in the pandemic and a few months of them closing and then not notifying you once they reopened, now youre stuck paying extra each month on something that doesn't feel they gave a realistic time measurement and pricing. You should make a price and make that completely inclusive to ALL the braces and appointments and however long it takes to get your 'Perfect Smile'. Be more forward with your customers, and whatever price and timeframe they give you, add an extra year and thatll be more realistic. Be better for your customers, it gives off the impression you don't care and it sucks having braces on much loger than planned with no other option but to pay.

Great plan, great treatment and also a very friendly staff. This is a very well established place that has great efficiency compared to other dental businesses. Would recommend to anyone of dental need in the bronx.

The best place in the world, very clean with a very positive atmosphere, Dr. Cho, is the best, super friendly he clarifies your doubts and explains how your development is going visit after visit. vicmelys one of the girls who works there 5 stars the best in the world, always willing, friendly and never has a bad face for patients. Go get your new smile with them!

The doctor Hirsch did a great job with my son's teeth. The staff was awesome! Milagros always received us with a big smile and always very sweet. Thank you guys!

Thanks to these guys and Dr. Hirsch I have a perfect smile . It was an amazing experience, with attention to detail and care that they've performed. Having the braces for about a year and a half was all worth it!! Would highly recommend

Dr.Hirsch is an amazing doctor. I've been working on my braces for about 3 years and I can honestly say that every time I had an appointment he was friendly and professional. The dental assistants were also wonderful ladies. Kimberly is one of them and she had a great personality.
