I went to her last few years to have root canal and she she did broke my two bones teeth in bottom and I didn't know , and she told me to take pain medicine , the pain will go with time ... I was suffering one year until I went to another dentist, he did check, he told me :"(who did for you root canal for both"!?) , I told him Dentist Bouchra she's in Peterson in Chicago, and he told me is she for real dentist.... I told him why !? He told me she did broke two teeth and you must do extraction both of them immediately ..I was chocked and I cried and I did extraction ... until now with no two teeth I lost them because of Dr. Buchra and I'm not even able to eat on the right side in the bottom !! I tried to do implant it's too expensive for me as low income mom

Unprofessional to say the least. I stop going after they did a poor job on my teeth. Seems sketchy as well.

Wish I could put no stars. Was told I was able to get braces put my down payment down only for them to tell me a week later I'm not able to and now I have to wait however long to get my money back.

I went to this place at least about a Month ago, for a routine cleaning, and check up, possible bridge. After my X-ray, it showed I still had an implant in my gums, so it was suggested I go back to where I had implant to have it uncovered, however my teeth were in good shape. I then went to my periodontics, who discovered I actually had two cavities sorrounding the area I was to have implant. My periodontics instructed me to go back and have my cavities filled. I went in yesterday with a female dentist this time. I felt weird during the whole experience, they did not do a good job at making me feel comfortable, very short with me. Anyhow after I left a day later my tooth is uneven, and I can't even floss through the tooth she did fill in.

They lost my medical records. And charged me $500 extra for my treatment because they "claim" I didn't finish paying when in fact I did. I also got my friend to get a deep cleaning and he literally see no difference what so ever. They just took his money and hardly did anything. This place is so unclean. Disorganized, poorly ran and very unprofessional. Yes you did in fact charge me an extra $500 to finish my treatment, this is why I didn't pay the fee and stopped coming to your office to finish my Invisalign treatment...

I usually schedule my appointments on Tuesdays with Dr Bushra. She's very friendly, caring and professional. I had a tooth ache and she did a root canal in 3 visits. Since I was pregnant during the root canal, she only took the root out and put the rest of the procedure On hold in order to avoid X-rays that might harm the unborn baby. Later, I went back and she finished the procedure in 2 visits. She also did 3 crownings for me two years ago and all of them are still in good condition. I thank her for the crownings as it did bring my smile back. The cost is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Dr Bushra, I am writing This note Because my Daughter Ahmed/Ayman had Braces in your office last week was a Upper Replacement and Bottom new Braces since Friday 22 Feb,19 her Braces Brackets are loosen and falling of I came to your office Sat was closed I call your Office someone pick and advise come on Tue or Sat today is Sun 24 Feb 19 Brackets are keep falling of so far 5 Brackets fell off now Wire inside of mouth bothering her. Since you don't have any emergency or on call service line to reach you I am writing you may be you read it today and call me and Future you must provide an Emergency contact info in case of emergency.

My whole family used to go here. There were several red flags such as them charging insurance for services they did not do. They apologized but continued the practice. I had a workman's comp and they kept trying to push me to do insurance fraud to give in writing to the insurance company they did work which they had not started. I ended up going to another dentist who followed the law and put patient care over getting paid. If you go here make sure you check with your insurance on what they charge you.

Outstanding service. From the front desk to Dr. Bushra everyone treated me with kindness. They always present you with all the options before proceeding with treatment. Nice to know that some places still put the patient first!

Perfect smile gives an outstanding service each and every time. I have been going to perfect smile for many, many years. Its really convenient that they have two locations, one in the north side and one in the south side. Very friendly staff as well. One time I had excruciating pain, I called them and the dentist opened up the store for me on a Sunday when they were closed. I asked the dentist if they usually open up the store on closed days and she said when patients have emergencies, we come in for them. That to me shows how outstanding their service is, they will go above and beyond for their patients. Definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a dentist that they can trust!
