I needed two wisdoms to be extracted. One I needed asap the other was in no rush, however they suggested to extract both at the same time and I was ok with it as long as my insurance cover it. They check it and I was going to pay only a copay and I was OK with that. They extracted the wisdoms on Friday, and send prescription to local CVS. On the way home we stop by the CVS but there was nothing there. I went home and call CVS in an hour to check if a pain medication is ready to pick up but there was nothing. I called the office but on friday they closing early. I call their emergency line I I told them they forgot to give me a pain medications... they suppose to call me back soon... I called them on Monday morning to check what they did with the prescription and they assured me they sent it. I called CVS again and they checked their database in all local CVS but there was nothing. So they simply forget and didn't even acknowledge it. A funny part was they called me on Monday afternoon to check what was my emergency call and I told them the whole weekend I was without any pain medication after the extraction. Whatever I was fine... and couple months after they send me a bill for another $100+. If I knew I would wait with the other extraction to next year and do it without paying anything. I wanted to give a good rate but that's just too much. If you go there I suggest do not make any procedures on Friday as you may stay in pain for a whole weekend. However I wouldn't go there again.

I actually came because I had Dr. Perrachio years ago and he was really good, ended having Dr. Saunders and he's probably even better lol. My teeth are kinda bad and I'm probably on number 10 or so pulled, this is easily a 5 star oral surgeon/dentistry practice. Quickest ever, painless (the slight discomfort you do feel from numbing/pulling is less than the tooth pain, especially at breakthrough lol), and nice people. Careful with Google reviews on this type of thing, look for real life experiences, like mine, and remember it's not a nice thing to have done by nature. I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely worst oral surgeon I have ever been to he pulled 10 teeth from my mouth and gave me five Percocet when he told me he pre-authorized 5 Percocet for 10 teeth I told them to stop the procedure immediately at this point I only had laughing gas which was administered by the office manager and not By a medical professional she refused to take the mask off and kept telling me to breathe deeply when I voiced my concerns about the pain management her as well as Dr. Sanders promised me they would fix it immediately and I would not be left all week and in pain not only did they not fix it but Dr. Sanders actually asked the pharmacist what the proper amount of pain medicine would be for the pulling of 10 teeth how in the world is it a Oral surgeon going to ask a pharmacist what the proper amount of medication should be for the pulling of 10 bottom teeth ? Most incompetent oral surgeon I have ever met and when I asked for the laughing gas to be taken off and the procedure to be stopped it should've been done so right away but because it was done by administration and not by a medical professional she continued to administer it I personally will be filing with the state of Connecticut due to his incompetence . The pharmacist at big Y pharmacy in Danielson Connecticut said when he spoke to his nurse she was less than forthcoming with trying to help me so even the pharmacist agreed on the incompetency of the office

I went in today thinking I was going to cry my eyes out, the dental assistant Annette and the surgeon Dr.Sanders were very respectful to my needs and the process was quick and not painful . I recommend them for any facial work on your mouth . Great team I was in good hands

Was referred by my dentist to Dr Peracchio and had a consultation to remove all 4 wisdom teeth, Im sure he is a very capable and talented surgeon however I thought his bedside manner was lacking, I decided to go elsewhere.

Although I was nervous having teeth removed the staff where patient and helped to calm my nerves . Dr. Peracchio took his time and explained everything and answered all my questions. Office was clean and followed all pandemic rules. I highly recommend for anyone needing oral facial care. Carol Dove

I went Into see Dr. Saunders due to an exposed piece of my jaw that needed to be removed. He rushed in the room, didn't let me talk about what I was experiencing but yet "removed" the bone. I had to go back 5 times as he was still leaving exposed bone and nerve endings. I was in excruciating pain for several weeks. After the 5th visit I decided enough was enough and switched to a new oral surgeon in enfield. This surgeon listened to me, took his time and in one visit i left without having to come back. Dr. Saunders is extremely nice but he did not meet my needs as a patient who was in pain.
