The staff here is SUPER! At my daughter's checkup they went ahead and filled her 2 cavities rather than have us return another day! What great service!

I had came in on 7/6/2022 to get a tooth pulled that had been bothering me. The staff was so kind and friendly and even calmed my nerves about getting it pulled. Thank you to the staff at Peppermint Dental

If I could give zero stars, that is what I would give. My son has now been in braces two years Longer than plan. Last month, he was placed in a power chain on lower anterior teeth but had sensitivity and swelling. The monthly visiting orthodontist proceeded to push and prod, even when the patient was voicing their pain.Patient continued to complain about the pain. Instead of the doctor listening, he proceeded to have the assistant prep for numbing to continue the torture session. Next day comes, call the office, there is nothing they can do until ortho doc visits again. Today, the patient goes back and his gingiva (gums) are completely grown into brackets and wire from infection and inflammation. Now we have multiple precriptions and an additional two visits because of the neglect of the visiting orthodontist here at Peppermint dental in Sherman, TX. The gums are now so infected that the mandibular anterior teeth are LOOSE!!! Please! Save your teeth and choose a reputable Orthodontist!

Hygienist was great! Very friendly and knew her job! Receptionist was rude and hateful to my husband, the patient. She needs a lesson in manners and how to handle situations with grace and kindness.

My husband had an appointment last Tuesday for a cleaning and unfortunately we were 10 minutes late. I understand its our fault but the the lady in the front desk didnt even offer to reschedule or offer an available time later in the day. She just said that we missed it and they can no longer accomodate us. Theres no other people waiting in the lobby. It was just me and my husband. We drove 31 miles that morning since were coming from Gainesville and we woke up very early since we are night shifts just for nothing

Scheduled a new patient cleaning. Came early for my appt in case I needed to fill out additional paperwork. Then I got my x-rays. The staff was friendly and seemed efficient. Then proceeded to wait an hour for the Dr. to take a look to see if there were any other issues. Then they told me that it would take too long to do my cleaning since they had two people ahead of me. Then the only openings they had was a month away. They completely wasted my time. Update: They rescheduled my appointment less than a week before my second visit. This was my worst experience with a dental office ever. Not returning.

Staff was super patient with my little. Definitely couldn't stop wiggling and giggling while there. Talked my little through everything when they saw she was a bit worried about some stuff. Happy with my service. Our new dental home.

EXCELLENT DENTISTS.. EXCELLENT DENTAL HYGIENISTS. HORRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF! HORRIBLE! They don't follow up, don't call patients back, don't don't don't! And yet the front office is always FILLED with employees, just chatting away.

For a new patient everything was so smooth! I always forget names, but the three ladies who assisted me were awesome and very descriptive of my oral care. The individuals working the front desk were very nice as well! Very great dentist in a nice spot in Sherman! I look forward to getting my wisdoms here soon!
