I would entrust any one of my patients to my daughters, Ann or Stephanie in a heart beat. Dr. Penturf has practiced General Dentistry in Alliance for over 34 years. After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1976, Dr. Penturf served as a dentist in the United States Army for two years before returning to his hometown of Alliance. From the beginning, Dr. Penturf has been committed to providing the highest quality dental care to his patients and always treating them according to the Golden Rule, as he would want to be treated. Dr. Penturf is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Stark County Dental Society.
Dr. Kesterke graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2006. After graduation, Dr. Kesterke began her career in public health on The Flathead Indian Reservation in northwest Montana. Dr. Kesterke worked for The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes as a staff dentist for 3 years and as the dental program manager for 2 years. She loved working in Montana, but eventually wanted to return home. Dr. Kesterke has been practicing at Penturf Dentistry since October, 2011. Dr. Kesterke values the example her father has set for her in Alliance and is excited to be a part of the family practice. Dr. Kesterke is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Stark County Dental Society.
Dr. Shealy graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2008 after completing an undergraduate degree in Nursing. After graduation, she followed in her twin sisters footsteps to Montana. Dr. Shealy worked for The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes for 3 years as a staff dentist. Her desire to work with her family brought her back to her hometown of Alliance and she has been practicing at Penturf Dentistry since October, 2011. Dr. Shealy is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Stark County Dental Society.

What a wonderful family practice. Excellent care, friendly staff and most importantly a very clean office. Pleasantly surprised by the service provided by the staff as a whole. 10/10 Would recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars , I would. These women are amazing! My husband, who would never go to the dentist, went here & said they were so good. I had to go in to get a wisdom tooth pulled unexpectedly & everyone from the front desk to the assistants to Ann K. were so great to deal with. Everyone was smiling, friendly & professional. This environment is positive & you could tell everyone liked their jobs because it showed in their work! Thank you for the awesome customer service & quick extraction!

Had to go here today for the first time and it has been the first dentist office that I have felt comfortable with as soon as I walked into the door. From the very nice lady at the front counter who took my information to the assistant who took my x-rays to the dentist who had to unfortunately extract a tooth to the lady who took my payment before I left. This place was great and I cannot explain enough how nervous I get going to the dentist and this place was able to calm me down and even had me laughing alittle. I will continue to go back to Penturf and would highly highly recommend this place to family and friends. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Thank you Penturf dental and although I'm not looking forward to the work that needs to still be done to my teeth it makes it alittle more bearable knowing I'm dealing with people who genuinely care about what they are doing and how they are doing it

Drs. Ann Kesterke and Stephanie Shealy are talented and extremely personable doctors who take great care of their patients. You'd have a difficult time finding a practice with people who are more genuine and experienced. The doctors work very hard to create a wonderful patient experience that goes above and beyond!

I love going to this denist. I never have to wait too long to be seen and I love the staff. They are always so helpful! I have a special needs brother that has sensory issues and they try to help him the best they can. I love going to get my teeth cleaned here lol.

Absolutely love this office! My family and I have been traveling a good distance for quite few years and wouldn't have it any other way! From the front desk girls, to the assistants, the hygienists, and all three doctors, they are all phenomenal! They treat each patient like family and we've built such a great relationship. Being in the dental field myself, it means the world when you feel so comfortable at an office and enjoy going each time. You are always welcomed with a smile either on the phone or going to the office! My husband even enjoys going now and that says alot! I know when the time comes to start taking my kids, they'll be in great hands. Thank you for everything Penturf Dentistry! Looking forward to many more years!
