Dr. Simmons is a Pensacola native who graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2007 with a degree in Biochemistry. He continued his education in Gainesville and received his doctorate from the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry in 2012. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Simmons entered the pediatric specialty program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. While there, he was selected as a SPARKS Trainee, furthering his knowledge and interest in delivering quality dental treatment for individuals with special needs. He also became board certified in Pediatric Dentistry in 2016 and is an active diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr Simmons has extensive training with cleft lip and palate patients and serves as a member with the Gulf Coast Cleft and Craniofacial team.
Dr. Allie received her degree in Biology from North Carolina State University then continued her studies at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where she received her dental degree. Dr. Allie completed her pediatric dental training at the University of Alabama Birmingham. UAB residency provided specialty training with pediatrics and specialized in providing care to patients with special needs. Upon graduation in 2014, she became a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist in 2016. She has a passion for providing dental care for children and is currently heading up the American Dental Associations National Give Kids a Smile Day in Pensacola.

Pensacola Kids Dentistry is fantastic!! Our son had his first dental visit and they made it fun for him and kept him at ease. He did such a great job and that was a direct result with how the entire staff did to talk him through it and set him at ease. Dr. Neal and Allie Simmons are both great people and their practice offers THE best dental visit for children. So happy that they will be our kids dentist for years to come. Awesome job guys!!!

Just went here today,I have a kid with autism and non verbal,they handled him so well,and it was best kids dentistry I ever went,the place so neat and clean and full technology so your kids can enjoy their favorite movie while doctor and nurse work on their teeth,so kids get distracted from fear of dental work,the staff was nice and friendly and helpful and the doctors is awesome,definitely will be back ,highly recommended... Having to have dental work done on a child is never fun, but Pensacola Kids Dentistry has far exceeded my expectations! The level of care and compassion they give is second to none! They are kind and help ease the tension, stress, and anxiety involved with the unpleasantries with going to the dentist. It warms my heart to see the care they give to the most important person in my life. They speak kindly and talk through what they are doing to make sure they are not scared. They have a TV for them to watch movies on and headphones to help distract them from all the noise and what is going on. They also give them a coin when they are done that they get to use to get a small toy, which gives them something fun to look forward to and make the experience much more enjoyable. They did have a rather long waiting list to get seen, which was a little annoying at the time, but now I understand why. The facility is comfortable and very clean. All the staff we interacted with provided exceptional service. I thank you Pensacola Kids Dentistry for take as good care of my child as I would if I was doing it myself!

I've been a practicing dentist for nearly 14 years. My daughter had an issue that I as a general dentist was not equipped to handle. Dr. Simmons and Mandy took incredible care of my little girl and the entire office was just awesome. I cannot thank you enough for such a great experience. We even got to say hello to the Mrs. Dr. Simmons when she popped in to check on Cece. You all are GREAT! Thank you.

My son had dental work done here while traveling. They were kind enough to help get us scheduled for appointments and IV sedation that fit with our difficult timing. Dr Alison Simmons and the entire staff were wonderful with helping my son feel as comfortable as he could, and the outcome was great. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad my kids go here. Thanks to Dr. Allie and Dr. Neil my kids have never had a bad experience at the dentist. The rest of the staff are amazing also and make the whole experience nice. I love the interesting and fun facts, Dr. Allie shares at each visit.

I could not ask for a better experience to the Dentist for my son. The entire staff was patient and made my son feel comfortable. He went above and beyond to explain everything and was not in and out of the room. The exam was thorough and I know we have found our sons dentist.

Edited after second appoint to add how great Dr. Allison is! She took extra time to talk about my son's overall health, and remembered his developmental conditions, and was so encouraging. A very positive environment, and knowledgeable interactions by all their employees. Wonderful first appointment for my 2 year old today. The staff were so accommodating, even changing my appointment time the day before. Dr Neil was awesome! Quick, professional, and answered all our questions. My son loves the rubber ducky toy he got to take home after his visit. Wonderful kids dentist all around!

Dr. Allie and her staff are truly wonderful! My daughter is almost two and very shy, so I went in with no real expectations. Dr. Allie and her assistant were both so friendly, and Dr. Allie found fun ways to keep my daughter entertained and comfortable. I'm so glad we chose Pensacola Kids Dentistry and would highly recommend!

My son (4 years old) was crying because he didn't want to leave. Both Dr.Allison and the Dental Assistant Allie were super sweet and nice! I would 100/10 hands down. I will be bringing him back and recommending them!
