Fantastic dentist! Best I have been to by far! Would highly recommend. The staff is very kind and thoughtful, and they go out of their way to create the best experience for patients. They worked with my insurance and the timing of appointments to get the best price. Dr. Gonzalez has years of experience and was extra careful with giving shots (barely felt anything) and asked repeatedly if I was comfortable while doing dental work. He explained everything very carefully and answered any questions I had. He was fast and efficient. You can definitely tell that they care about their patients. I am beyond impressed with them! They played music for me and asked what I would like to listen to. Have a beautiful view out the window while getting work done and provided a blanket because I am naturally always cold. Patients are first here and I felt completely spoiled! there's a reason why they have 5 stars! I've been to Aspen and Dr. Edwards and had bad experiences with both. Dr. Gonzalez not only had to redo what the previous dentist did, but he also cleaned up the cement left on my front teeth from previous work done. It took Dr. Gonzalez five minutes to clean it up which brightened my teeth, and this is something that the other dentist completely overlooked and didn't even bother to fix. Hands down, go here if you need work done.

I was in the chair for 90 minutes for 3 fillings and a cleaning (which I think is a short period of time), and I fell asleep twice. THAT's how good these folks are. I NEEDed the fillings, no hard "sale" on services here, which I have experienced (and walked away from) before. Dr. Elias G. may be the best dentist I've had in my life, and Taylor (who assisted) made sure I was comfortable, dry, pain-free, and happy. The entire staff is super nice too, in a sincere way; one of the benefits of good folks in a small town, I reckon. Can't go wrong with this office.

I had been avoiding the dentist for years because I don't have insurance. Before I moved the Pensacola I was told the work I needed done would be almost 10k. Someone recommended Dr. Gonzalez after I moved here and I'm so glad I went to his office. The work I needed done was WAAAY less than what other offices quoted me. When I got home I cried because I could finally get the care I needed and easily pay out-of-pocket. Everyone one who works there is super sweet and kind. They take care to calm any nervousness you may have about being at the dentist. Thank you for being so kind and taking care of me!!

Pensacola Family Dental is THE BEST!!! I'm so thankful that we found them!!! I highly recommend this dentist to everybody!!! Today I went in to get something done, and I had something cosmetically that I asked them to look at. It wasn't apart of the appointment at all, but Dr. Gonzalez was able to fix that extra something that was not apart of the appointment!! I'm so thankful that he took the extra time to check it out!! This place really is the best! If you are looking for a dentist, come here!! If you have another dentist, come here!! Thank you all for doing a wonderful job like always!!

A fantastic experience as always! Dr. Gonzalez is extremely professional taking the necessary time to explain findings and options to make the best decision for me. Taylor was great as she quickly brought me back for the examination and assisted with imaging studies and dental hygiene. Aline and the ladies at the front desk were happy and had great smiles and provided a very welcoming environment. Look no further and visit Dr. Gonzalez and his staff for all your dental needs. Dr. Gonzalez and his team did a fantastic job taking care of me! One of the best experiences I've had at a dentist! They were extremely friendly and compassionate! You could tell they genuinely cared about me. Dr. Gonzalez was also extremely thorough and took the time to explain to me and show me what he was seeing and what procedures I needed to have and why. I highly recommend them!

Amazing ! PCC students, totally recommend you guys coming here. We're given a 10% off for all the fees and a $100 off doing a general check up and xray on all the teeth. Couldnt thank them enough for their service. Not to mention the cozy ambience that not all dentals have. Even if you're not a PCC student still recommend you guys getting it done here. I had not been to the dentist in over ten years but truly Dr. Gonzalez was a judgement free zone. He is incredibly friendly and talks you through everything that he's doing. I had a phenomenal experience and I will definitely e moving my whole family over to this practice!

The Award for Best Dentist Office Goes To... I had been struggling with a bad molar for several months and the week before Christmas it decided to make my life miserable. I was in pain. I had been trying to put off finding a new dentist until the new year when my insurance kicked in, but my tooth had other ideas. I asked a good friend who is a patient at Pensacola Family Dental and she gave me two thumbs up so I called. Aline and Linda were lovely, so caring and sympathetic, I almost cried! I was told they would fit me in that day! WOW! Dr. Gonzalez was wonderful! So caring and professional! He noticed something about my dental health that no one else had ever mentioned. He took extra precautions to protect me and answered all of my questions. The tooth was pulled (thank God!), relatively easily. He called me that night to see how I was doing. So thoughtful! I am SO GRATEFUL to Aline, Linda, Dr. Gonzalez and Taylor for the amazing treatment and care I received from them! Thank you, all of you! This was the best dental experience I've ever had (and I'm old so that's saying something!)! Now, if they would only accept my insurance...

Dr. Gonzalez helped me within 3 days. I chipped my front tooth and they got me in within the next week. I'm not from here and having them help me and being so efficient was amazing. They got me in and out with an hour and made my smile look perfect again. I appreciate them so much and would do business with them more. By far one of the best dentists that i've been to. Pensacola Christian College student here. They give a 10% discount to PCC students and staff. Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Gonzalez was an amazing help. Treated me like a person instead of just a name. He went out of his way to squeeze me into his busy work schedule when I needed help. His wife, who is also his assistant, was so helpful in setting up the appointment for me, and so kind. This was the friendliest dentist appointment I've ever had, actually. 10/10 on all aspects. And they were so helpful in giving me extra information regarding my problem.
