I had a great experience when I went for a root canal. I was really nervous and Dr Rosenthal made me feel at ease by answering my questions. He was so professional and did an amazing job. Throughout the whole process I felt no pain. I definitely have to mention that Megan was amazing as well, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She also answered questions and made my experience a great one.

Pensacola Endodontics did a great job with my root canal. I was a new patient, and they were able to get me taken care of the same day due to a cancellation. Dr. Rosenthal explained everything about the procedure in detail, and I was pain free in a few hours with no lasting issues. The staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this team.

I can't begin to describe how wonderful the staff is at Pensacola Endodontics. They are friendly, efficient, and make sure you understand every bit of the procedure and the billing. They made my root canal an (almost!) pleasurable experience. I highly recommended them.

Root canals have changed. In and out in 45 minutes. Pain free, no hassle. I'm sure I'll be sore when the anesthetic wears off, but I feel fine. Cool! Thanks Dr. Thomas Lyons at, Pensacola Endodontics, LLC

Dr. Rosenthal is great! His staff is amazing as well. Everyone was really nice. Explained everything to me and was done quick. Answer all my questions. If I ever need another root canal I will be comming here.

Dr. Lyons & his whole team are by far the most professional & caring medical office I have ever been to!!! I have severe anxiety & they put every concern I had at ease. My root canal was quick & pain free from beginning to end. This was my second root canal at this office & hopefully my last but if I ever need another I will not hesitate to come back here. I trust Dr. Lyons & his staff 1000%. Thank you to the office manager Janel for timely responses to all of my concerns & to Kaye Dr Lyons assistant for keeping me calm before the procedure

I was recommended by my Family's Dentist to use this office for my endodontic needs, and a first time visitor to be a patient. Front desk customer service was unprofessional and I had a horrible experience. I'll never go back, they were just rude.......Answer to office's reply A: I was going to be a patient but because the front desk experience was bad, I found another endo clinic.

I was extremely nervous to have a root canal. This was the most pleasant experience. Scheduling was easy and I got in quick. The kindest staff from the front to the back. Dr. Rosenthal was my dentist and I highly recommend this office. If I could give more than 5 stars,, I would.

Efficient and very knowledgeable - was in and out for a routine root canal, my first - and overall found the experience to be a good one. I found it a bit pricey for someone without insurance but I also know that costs for just about everything are going up everywhere for everyone. I did think it odd to not be given anything for the pain management afterward, even if it was just a heavy-duty ibuprofen, as the area has been very sensitive. The tech I had was awesome and made me feel very comfortable.

staff was friendly, office has a nice setup. I went for an evaluation on 2 different teeth with Dr. Lyons he said one tooth can be saved with a crown and the other needed a root canal. good to hear his office isn't in the business just for the money! my appt was @1pm for My root canal and Dr. Lyons had me checking out by 1:50p! awesome & quick service= my kind of service . definitely recommendeds

I've had a total of three root canals. Dr. Rosenthal did the first one back in 2018. I was very nervous before the procedure because I had heard so many horror stories about getting a root canal. Dr. Rosenthal and his staff are excellent! I felt welcomed upon entering the office and when I walked out the door. They made me feel so comfortable and eased my fears and nervousness. Let's just say I was so pleased with their professionalism, friendliness and quality service that I returned today to have two root canals done on other teeth. Yes, two at the same time! I pray I won't have to have another root canal, but if I do I will definitely be going to Pensacola Endodontics.

I would not have a root canal performed by anyone in this area other than Thomas Lyons, DMD. My dentist referred me to another dentist for this procedure, but I instead chose to return to Dr. Lyons, because I trust he will do an exceptional job keeping me pain free with little to no wait. The office is immaculate, the technology is up to date, and the entire staff are kind and professional. Thank you, Dr. Lyons!
