100% do NOT recommend. Went for a tooth extraction from the roof of my mouth. Told them numerous times that I needed a pre-auth because I would not be doing it if it wasn't covered. Made me fight back and forth to get them to send the correct documentation to insurance after the fact when asking for almost $1000 more than what I was originally told saying insurance wouldn't cover it. Thought it was solved and just got a collections letter for the balance. Tried to call their billing department to figure it out and was hung up on and then they wouldn't answer when I called back. All this and I still don't have feeling in the roof of my mouth from the doctor hitting a nerve when he extracted my tooth. Zero stars.

Wonderful staff and service. Needed an extraction (which I was so nervous about). They explained procedure thoroughly, made me comfortable and it was fine. Highly recommend!

I HAVE GONE TO DR. THOMAS NORDONE SEVERAL TIMES NOW AND HE AND HIS STAFF ARE WELL AWARE OF MY SEVERE DENTAL ANXIETY. DR. NORDONE IS THE MOST CARING, PATIENT, AND UNDERSTANDING PROFESSIONAL THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED TREATMENT FROM. THE MOMENT I ENTER THE ROOM HIS ASSISTANTS MAKE SURE TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE SO THAT I CAN MOVE ON WITH THE PROCEDURE. DR. NORDONE DOES THE PROCEDURE WITH SUCH A CALM MANOR AND REASSURANCE THAT BY THE TIME I SIT IN THE CHAIR, THE PROCEDURE IS DONE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY DISCOMFORT OF ANY KIND WHICH DRASTICALLY REDUCES MY ANXIETY. THE ENTIRE OFFICE PERSONAL ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL WITH APPOINTMENTS. I AM THANKFUL TO BE ABLE TO GET TREATMENT BY SUCH AWESOME PROFESSIONALS.

Once I got there, everything was great. Getting there was an adventure because gps does not direct you to the correct location. I had to call office from 2 incorrect locations to get neighboring shop's address to finally get to my appointment.

Staff are unbearably rude, particularly the receptionists at the Media location. Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

I'm going to start off by saying i have a fear of dentists so just imagine me know i had to have surgery done lol!! Although i had about two months to prepare NOTHING prepares you for it!! I had to get my wisdom teeth out and one more that was growing crazy!!! When i went in i was literally shaking in my uggs!!! But this team was NOTHING SHORT OF Amazing from front desk everyone in between, the anesthesiologist and Dr Nordone!!! Of course i had to do deep sedation staff was talking to me the entire time making my scary self feel so comfortable, but when dr.nordone put that light in his head i knew it was OVER I INSTANTLY TENSED UP an everyone seen it he joked about me just taking a little nap and boy oh boy i was outtttt!!! I don't even remember when!! Lol!! I say all this to day 10/10 i would recommend!! Hands down AMAZING!!! Please believe the chick whose afraid of the dentist lol lol lol!!

Had unnecessary imaging, still have the problem I started with, and now a $900 bill from imagine as per my insurance policy that is changing in a few weeks. Not to mention unhelpful staff who questioned the authenticity of my medical complaint. And the reply was that much more a headache.

When I went for a consult I was told I am in network and total was $3300. On day of service I was told I owe $4300. I paid in full. My insurance sent me a statement saying I should only owe $3300. I called the office and they said it takes a few weeks and I will get a refund. Two weeks later I received a statement with a credit of $98. I called PA Oral again and they said fax your insurance paperwork and your bill and we will work it out. It is now November and I call again and they tell me that we did not accept your insurance negotiated rate because it is "optional" to accept that rate and there will not be a refund. I feel like this was very bait and switch. Has anyone else been through this bait and switch routine? I would have taken my business elsewhere but they said you are "In Network" you should be fine. UPDATE: I want to be clear that the service I received was 5 star so I really hesitated writing this review. The billing department reached out to me and we resolved this issue. Most important is that I would return if I need future oral surgery or implants. Dr. Nordone was terrific.

The staff is so nice, caring and helpful! Dr. Bianchi takes his time to go over everything with you and makes sure you are comfortable and in no pain during the surgery. Before I knew it my tooth was out! I barely had any pain afterwards! I highly recommend him and his assistants they are the best! Also I would like to mention Chris who was assisting with the procedure he was such a caring and friendly person who made sure I was comfortable and not nervous.

Awesome group. Very busy practice. Parking (and seating in the waiting room) is limited. Staff is mannerly and efficient. Facility is clean & organized. I would recommend.

Staff and Doctor are very friendly, knowledgeable, and direct. I knew exactly the cost, procedure, and follow-up. Very impressed with this office.
