I was unpleasantly surprised by the mannerisms of the receptionist Toni; she was very short on the phone, I was even hung up on. It almost felt as if I was a bother to call her while she was at work. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes after receiving a referral from my dentist office. Nonetheless, after speaking on the phone with Toni I feel uncomfortable trusting this place to care for me as a patient. I cancelled my appointment and will look elsewhere for a more welcoming establishment.

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted in the same day. The dental staff was knowledgeable and personable. There wasn't a long wait to pre-operation. The room appeared to be very clean/sterile. They were very clear with providing after care instructions. I am recovering well and I felt little to no pain, only mild discomfort. Highly recommend this office.

At this point in my life I've accumulated a fair bit of dental anxiety from other dental offices. Leaving me with really damaged teeth that didnt need my wisdom teeth making things worse. To my great relief was actually able to get one out without adding more anxiety and another office i cant go back to. 10/10 recommend

My dentist gave me a referral to this place to have my wisdom tooth removed, I was in pain. When I first called, I was on hold for 15 minutes before the lady got back to me to ask for my insurance. Then my appointment wasn't set for almost a month later. The day of my appt they called and told me I had to come in a couple hours earlier or they would cancel because they were leaving early. Good thing I took of work... When I get there, they run my insurance and tell me I need to get a referral from my PCP or they couldnt see me! I had to sit in the lobby frantically trying to figure out how to get an expedited referral from my PCP office to them because they of course wouldn't assist me. Next issue, my appt turns out to be with a nurse not the actual surgeon. I felt that was a disgusting practice not to meet the surgeon and to make matters worst, the nurse was not nice at all. The nurse did no mouth exam whatsoever, just asked a few questions and scared me into being put to sleep for the extraction of 1 tooth??? Then I get yelled at for forgetting to put on my mask as I was leaving to check out. At check out I'm told by another not nice lady that they cant set my extraction appt because they don't have a schedule available. And when they do get the schedule it'll be 2 months before I can be seen for the extraction...So I left feeling completely violated. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Nobody should have to experience this, especially a new patient in tremendous pain. I reported this experience to my primary dentist as well.

ALL of the bad reviews are from 4 & 5 YEARS ago, and had to with receptionists, not medical/dental staff. EVERY more recent review reflects my experience with a difficult extraction: a molar with 3 roots had split. EVERYONE there was polite, courteous, and friendly. The tooth came out under a local with zero pain, and I had surprisingly little pain subsequently. Highly recommended.

The staff is very professional and courteous. Dr Schlesinger was the dentist that performed my extraction, he was excellent! I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Schleslinger at the Bryn Mawr location. He had a great bed side manner at consultation, which calmed my worries about surgery and anesthesia. On the day of surgery, all staff were very kind, and took great care of me. I was in and out the door within 2 hours, and meds were ready for pick up by the time I got to the pharmacy. Overall, I'm very happy with this experience.

Professional & friendly. The team made me feel relaxed and provided me with detailed information throughout my procedure (tooth removal & bone grafting). The procedure seemed flawless. Thanks!

Went to have a lesion removed from my lip. Worked with both Dr Schlesinger (consultation) and Dr Bianchi (procedure). They were both great as well as the staff. Definitely felt comfortable. Was even joking around with them during the procedure. They explained everything from prep, to procedure, to aftercare. Would definitely recommend!

The practice has a great team of employees! Dr. Bianchi is an excellent oral surgeon as well as kind and professional. He patiently provided a thorough answer to a question about my procedure, and I admire how he coached a new assistant in both a direct and kind manner. I highly recommend Dr. Bianchi and this practice!
