Let me start off by saying I am not very fond of going to the dentist. I was referred to PA Endodontic for a root canal and for a procedure as this, it was as pleasant as can be. Dr Huang was very gentle. All of the staff was very welcoming and understanding. The best dental service I've ever had in my entire life.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a very strong sense of camaraderie between the professional and administrative staff. Very relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service. Detailed explanation of procedure before and after completion. Wonderful experience!!

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful experience. I didn't think it was going to be ...but boy was I surprised. The Dr & the Assistant were so nice. So thorough & so personable. I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I was a bit sore later that night, but that was to be expected. And today I feel really good. I also liked the up front pricing. I wouldn't wish a root canal on anyone...but if you need one head here. It wasn't that bad at all. Thanks for the great service everyone!

very friendly and professional. my endontist jeremy aczon and his assistant were a well cooridated team. this made the process go very smoothly and quickly. I felt that good care was taken to explain exactly what the diagnosis was and the treatment plan would be. after walking out of the office my tooth felt much more solid and the pressure in that area has gone away. Thank you!!!

I had a terrible experience at PA Endo, Hatboro. I had a root canal scheduled. PA Endo never gave me the essential information for my appointment. They called and verified my appointment, but still never said anything that was pertinent for my appointment. The nurses at the desk would have been more helpful if they had been sleeping. No apologies. The two nuses had the bedside manner of a brick. PA Endo, Ardmore was exactly the opposite. ther there be o

Unfortunately, I've needed several root canals over the years. I have found my anxiety dissipate in Dr. Ulfberg's capable hands. He and his staff are reassuring, gentle, professional and thorough, making an unpleasant necessity bearable.

The receptionists here are rude and do not try to help you. There is one endodontist here that suggests to a lot of people to get their tooth extracted. He did it to me and I have heard him tell multiple other patients the same thing while I was in his chair. After my retreatment, he told me if my tooth didn't feel better don't come back because I "was taking up time in his schedule." DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

A ten minute consultation is $185.00, upfront!!! After they collect your money, they will submit it to your insurance company, so you have to wait for the insurance company to reimburse you. NO ONE at this office verbalized that the consultation fee is $185.00. Talk about sticker shock as you are walking out the door. Will not be back.

Nicole and Dr. Larry were awesome. I put off my root canal for 6 months as I was terrified. I was almost crying when I went in for the apt. But they were so kind and did a wonderful job. I would definitely go back if I need another. Thank you all for making it a good experience.

I wish I could write a beautiful review about how amazing the doctor I saw here was because he truly was. The doctor was gentle and very kind when he saw how nervous I was for my root canal. However, their front desk must of never added my new address to their system when provided as I distinctly remember the woman's face I spoke to and provided my address to. The billing department was then apparently mailing my bills (from a year ago) to my old apartment. It is now over a year ago and I only found out regarding my outstanding bill, because no one thought to call or email me when a bill was not being paid, because they sent me to collections. I had no idea that this bill even existed as I have already paid so much out of pocket And received no further bill I had assumed I was caught up. I only found out I was sent to collections because credit karma had emailed me about it. Unfortunately despite a doctor being great I wouldn't recommend ANYONE here. Unless you want to ruin your credit not even knowing. Even today when trying to rectify and complete my payment now that I'm aware of it I was told billing would call me back and they never did until I called them an hr and a half later.

Dr Rigberg did my root canal and he was so thorough and gentle. Sonia his assistant is very nice too!! The front office staff were a little rude. I highly recommend Dr Rigberg for any root canal!

Dr. Rigberg performed a root canal on my very last molar. He was a great doctor. Explained each step to me and listened to my concerns. His office staff was so pleasant and even called me the day after to check on me. Highly recommend this office.
