My experience with Dr. Rigberg is full of regret that I did not stop seeing him sooner. I left the practice with an unfinished root canal. I spoke with Rita (office manager Hatboro location) to share my experiences and concerns. I was going to remove this review -- but after being dismissed and given a pitch to see a different doctor in the practice who had a "better reputation" - I don't have much faith anything will change for future patients. I hope they institute better policies for record management and interacting with patients and staff.

Had a great experience! Was very nervous about getting a root canal, but the process was efficient and painless. Dr. Rigberg explained the process in a way I could understand and put me at ease. The receptionist, Autumn, is especially helpful and friendly.

I needed to get a root canal filled. It was a bad day for me already. PA Endo, Ardmore couldn't have been nicer, understanding or more helpful. I am very grateful to have had them yesterday. Thank you for being wonderful. One week is too much for one to handle to have to get a root canal done, bury a dear friend, and to lose a job. PA Endo greatly eased that pain. Thank you.

Everyone in the office from Dr. Ufberg, who performed a painless root canal, to the women in the front office to the doctor's assistants, were wonderful!! They were all concerned with my comfort. I have had several procedures done there and have always been impressed. I would recommend PES to anyone who needs Endodontic work done.

From my initial call to set appointment, they were fantastic!!! Accommodated my requests for late appointments and called me after both procedures to see how I was feeling! Dr. Ufberg was extremely sensitive to my fears and with both procedures, I was given after care instructions, which he explained to me in great detail. Julia and Autumn were also very fabulous!! It's scary how the next day I didn't feel any pain or discomfort! I would, without a doubt go here again if there was a reason to in the future. I will also refer this practice to my friends and family.

Listen, Root Canals being painful is a thing of the past!!! The staff in this office are the sweetest people you would ever want to provide you with service if a root canal! Their bed side manners are the best! Knowing that you have to have a root canal performed is unnerving but the staff at this office makes it a unforgettable experience!! I've had two root canals from here and I will not let anyone else perform this procedure! First time, Dr Rigberg and he was excellent!!! Second time was Dr Belous and she was excellent! This is a great family oriented staff of folks!!!

From thoughtful assistance in setting up my appointment from Melanie to the procedure itself with Dr Ufberg and Lisa assisting, I was very pleased with their concern & kindness, light-hearted banter and very skillful execution which evidenced years of practice. The view from the 7th floor over Ardmore toward the city was great too. Highly recommend.

The staff and doctors here more than offset any trepidation for the procedures they perform, wonderful experience all around and so glad this is where my Dentist referred me. They turned one of the most feared situations into one that you walk away smiling (or trying to- depending on how numb you are ).

The assistant was too fast and very rough, the endodontist hits your teeth everytime he withdrew his tools, rests his hands on your lips...pinching painful feeling. I gave him 5 stars bc the work was perfect and he was professional.
