Looking for care for tooth pain, was informed they are not taking new patients. I had not visited recently enough to not be considered a new patient even though I was in their system.

Front desk staff is beyond rude. And pointedly refused to tell me how much anything would cost. They said with insurance it was too hard to figure out. Most of the work I had done was NOT done by the dentist, but one filling that was, she dumped etch all over my teeth because she was carrying on a personal conversation leaving my teeth feeling like sandpaper. Glad to be away from that practice.

I am reviewing the practice even though I no longer live in the area. I can only say that I was a patient for over 42 years. These guys are like family, and they provided me with excellent dental care. I truly miss my dentist.

They did not have pediatric equipment. They mislead me about types of fillings, and two fillings they did on my daughter's teeth became abscessed and lead to two extractions. They don't even care that they overcharged me for shoddy work.
