In addition to the most up-to-date technology, it is very important to understand what a patient needs and wants in regards to their oral health. That's why I will always strive to get to know my patients and offer them all the options most suitable for their individual smile. I feel fortunate that I can truly help my patients this way. I also continually work to educate my patients on the importance of good oral health and how to obtain it. When patients are educated about their health, they can understand why a healthy smile is important.

This place is awesome !!! The girls that took care of me were so caring and on point !! The dentist Faith and her assistant went over and above to care for my dental needs I'm going back for all my dental needs there

This was the best dental visit I have ever had. Very friendly staff, great technician and Dr. Madden is wonderful. Too bad it took me so long to find them. I recommend them whole heartedly.

I contacted this office to be a new patient. The person on the phone began to take my information. After a few minutes of taking information they abruptly said they were getting a message saying they were not taking new patients. It was odd because wouldn't you know this before you answered the phone? I just read another review where they did this to someone else. There's something strange going on at this practice. Perhaps they did not like my insurance.

Everyone is so kind and pleasant. The dental staff are thorough and do an excellent job. My family and I started with this practice years ago when they opened and hope they never leave!

I really like the care you receive at Penn Premier with Dr. Madden and the hygienists. However you have to be very careful with their billing. It is a constant battle with them. They want to charge you for everything even though your insurance covers it (like others have mentioned). The office staff never returns your calls when you have a billing question and the person who answers the phone can never answer your question. I don't think the doctors nor the dental hygienists have any idea this goes on. They really need to fix their billing system and their front office staff. I would give them 5 stars if they would fix it.

They were the most through of almost if not any experience I have ever had anywhere!!! Wow! I highly recommend them!? Wow. The hygienist and doctor even wear ear piece to say they are ready for each other.. Instead of leaving the room to notify each other of the next step!! Oh my gosh

The cleaning and check-up were professionally done as always. How to improve my experience? Offer a digital option to fill out patient information before I arrive, and offer a transparent way to opt into or out of specific types of text messages.

I was very impressed with how I was treated from the moment I walked into Penn Premier's front door to when I left. Everyone was so courteous and helpful and Dr. Madden was able to replace my tooth as she had done in the past. Would definitely recommend Penn Premier to anyone that required dental work.

Dr Pyle and Nicole were amazing! Office staff amazing as well. I'm a nervous dental patient and they made me feel so comfortable. Love this practice and will continue to be a patient here!!!

Interesting. My husband just called the new patient line. When Lisa asked if he was a new patient, he stated yes, then he was asked for insurance information, he stated he was on Medicare ( he should have said AARP United Healthcare) which is on their website, all of a sudden they are not taking new patients. We are new to area, he just broke a tooth. Interesting. . You just lost 3 potential good customers. Oh and he just got an appointment at Exton and Malvern Dental Medicine Associates.
