Dr Rob is an excellent dentist, been going to him for maybe 13 years. The administration and scheduling has gone down hill. I schedule an appt 3 months out, kids get covid schedule another 3 months out. I guess due to popularity and a small town it's absolutely difficult to get care in a timely manner. One child fell off the schedule completely not sure how that happened. So scheduled child again another 3 months out. It has just been a debacle and finally decided to move on to someone else. It's a shame to have to give up our favorite dentist.

They were very kind, very knowledgeable, very patient and flexible with working with my kiddos! They made adjustments with their routine, and with their equipment to accommodate my youngest (5) so that she was comfortable and they were still able to get what they needed. Also, their office and goodies were very child friendly and I was overall very impressed!

Dr. Rob and his staff are the best. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and they are great with our toddler and get her excited to try new things that might otherwise be scary or intimidating. We feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful pediatric dentist available locally. Our daughter loves the little prizes of course, but the whole appointment has been a positive and pleasant experience both times we have taken her!

I have a 6 year old with a very painful tooth. Got an appointment with peninsula pediatric dentistry middle of July. Here we are, Middle of September and between the appointment being made and the actual appointment the tooth that an appointment was made for got an emergency extraction. Now a 2nd tooth needs extracted, so we kept our appointment and low and behold it's finally here. This tooth is going to be pulled out today and the pain will be over...so we thought. Upon arriving at the dentist office the usual, mask, forehead scan etc. I respect that due to the nature of the world today. What I didn't expect was to be told that they cannot work on my child's mouth because today was just a "Simple Exam" and the actual work will be scheduled for Oct. 13 (3 weeks out). Well, we waited patiently for two months just to be told that they can't help. Now we get to endure another evening of tooth pain and dedicate another day to this extraction with PCHS tomorrow, who will work on my kiddos. Sorry peninsula pediatric dentistry, but you made me feel devalued and not important. There was one very sweet person that caught us while walking out the door, to you I thank you for the compassion. To the rest of that business, you won't be getting any more from me or my family. We have done a decent amount of work here in the past, and I am just appalled at how I was treated today. I'm glad your busy and keeping food on your table, but when a 6 year old has the amount of tooth pain mine does, I don't know how you can turn them away... Good luck

The staff is friendly, professional and organized. The lobby has a kitchen play area, arcade games, tablet stations, Television and extemely comfortable seating. Dr. Sam will make your little one feel at ease with her kid friendly dentist terms. The rooms also have Netflix so that your child can enjoy his or her favorite show while getting work done. This really helped my five year old when she had to get a cavity filled. Five stars Peninsula Pediatric Dentistry!
