0 stars won't do it justice- please save yourself and your mouth and don't go here. the oral surgeon was in such a rush when he came in the room and didn't even talk to me before he put me under (although the nurse/assistant who set everything up for me before was an absolute peach and made me feel so much better ). due to his need to rush he sliced open my cheek and gums resulting in a massive hematoma in my cheek that stayed the size of a softball for about a month and left me unable to open my mouth to eat for about two months. knowing he did this, he gave me only 2 days worth of pain medication and they would not give me anymore. i was in exscrisiating pain for weeks and was left with a massive scar on my gums and the most horrible bruising and black eyes ever. they also told me they were going to remove a painful mound of extra gum i have in my mouth but didn't do it (shocker) so now i am still in pain from that not being taken care of !! pls go somewhere better :))

They removed all 28 of my teeth, some they had to dig for and some were already broken down into pieces I was in so much pain. These Oral Surgeons changed my life. I woke up an hour and 30 minutes later asking (without noticing I had no teeth) if they were going to start now and my nurse told me "We're already done!" Best Dental experience I've ever had especially with a history of anxiety towards Dentistry in general I would recommend to anyone dealing with major dental issues, anxiety etc they're amazing, understanding and compassionate

Dr. Callan and his staff know their stuff, pure and simple. Let's face it, "Enjoyable" is hardly the word to describe dental surgery of any kind, but this was as close to it as I think you can come. He and his staff made sure that I understood what was going to happen, coordinated with insurance, and were professional and personal through the procedure. 24 hours later I have very minimal and easily-managed pain, almost no swelling, and other than the canyon-sized hole (which was kind of the point of the whole procedure anyway...) I'm very pleased. I won't hesitate to recommend.

I got my wisdom teeth removed at this place. I had a wonderful experience. I was very nervous going into the procedure. However, my nurse, Jessica, was amazing. She explained everything that was happening and was very nice. And I want to thank Jessica for being so awesome!

I do not recommend Dr. Callen. He doesn't care about the wellbeing of his patients, and he is incredibly rude. I will never come here again.

I gotta say when I was reccomend I was hesitant because of the reviews for wisdom teeth removal. But they really helped me tons! They made me feel comfortable and the procedure went smoothly. They called later that day to see how I was feeling. Definitely recommend them!

I was able to have my 4 wisdom teeth removed in 2 appointments. First appointment included a consultation and x-ray. The second appointment lasted approximately one hour and it was for the removal of my wisdom teeth. I was placed under general anesthesia and taken care of very well. I'm very happy with the whole process and how well everything was handled.

The staff were unkind and unfeeling with the care that they provided to my 9-year-old son. On the drive home from a tongue procedure, his stitches fell out and were dangling out of his mouth. The pain medication wore off within 45 min of leaving and he was in terrible pain. The staff advised me that the doctor wanted us to come back in right away. On the 45 min drive back to the clinic, they then called back to say they never told us to come back in and that the doctor now "refused to see us." The doctor later confirmed that he did ask us to come in but didn't know that they were overbooked in the afternoon and actually couldn't see us. They originally refused to let me talk to the doctor directly to discuss my concerns with his stitches and his pain. However, after my insistence on my part, they did allow me to speak to the doctor. The staff made it very clear that they thought I was trying to push narcotics on my child, that they didn't want me to speak to the doctor, and that I was blowing the whole thing out of proportion. They did not properly explain the level of pain my son would be in, how soon the stitches would fall out (which was almost instantly in my son's case), or how to properly care for his wound. They handed me a flier in the hallway that only explained how to treat teeth removal (not anything to do with tongues). I've never actually written a negative review of any business before. I don't think that it's typically fair to do so without repeated business before making a judgment. In this case, the staff were so unnecessarily mean and cruel, I feel like I have to let others know.

I was terrified to have surgery. I went in for a full mouth extraction. The staff was incredibly professional and personable. I'm home and recovery is better than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them! They also called me to see how I was doing!!

Great place, great staff, and great dentists. Got my wisdom teeth removed from here and it went perfect. I even received a phone call afterwards to check in and see how i was doing. I would highly recommend. Only thing that didn't set well with me is the fact that the IV tech who placed an IV into my arm blew a vein and I still have a bruise 3 weeks later. Not only did I tell her that doctors in the past have had trouble with getting an IV into my left arm, she blew a vein on the first try. Then stuck me 2 more times in the same arm before finally getting the IV in on the 4th try on the same arm. Luckily i am not afraid of getting an IV, but still i thought that was a little unprofessional. Make sure while you are here that your IV tech is experienced

My family member had wisdom teeth pulled yesteday, it was painful, barbaric and cruel. They started before medication took hold. The staff showed absolutely no compassion and let him choke on blood. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
