We went there for sedation for our three year old and they were absolutely fantastic! The whole staff is so kind and compassionate and Dr. Judy was very kindhearted towards us and our daughter.

I LOVED Peninsula Dental, especially Dr Judy and the staff that supported her. However, they kicked me out of the practice for missed appointments without any option to explain. I had my usual 6th month appointment in July '19. In November of '19 I moved to Nashville to care for my terminally I'll son. My next appoint was scheduled for Jan 2020. I called, told them the circumstances and rescheduled for July...with option to reschedule again if needed. Sadly, my son passed away in March 2020. Of course by then Covid had come on the scene. They called me in July to reschedule because they didn't have staff available. Soon after that I began a wretched year of nearly non stop UTI's along with terrible grief over my son. I had to reschedule a couple of times because I was running a fever, and once when I showed up for an appointment I was on antibiotics for a UTI, so they wouldn't see me... then I missed an appointment... they wrote to tell me I was terminated as a patient and refused to discuss it. I get it.. they are a private business and can do what they want, I just think they were very lacking in compassion especially during a so-called world wide epidemic. It really broke my heart. It has now been 3 years+ without dental care because you can't find appointments sooner than a year.

When we moved here 8 years ago I did not have dental insurance and my daughter needed to go to a dentist asap. I asked them what kind of insurance and they advised Delta dental. Now here it is 8 yrs later, and they no longer take Delta Dental. It will take me close to 1 year to get into a new one. No warning or heads up. She has braces and can't go that long. Thanks so much.

If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS DENTISTRY. They are only worried about a paycheck and not the wellbeing if your child. They also tried to lie and get more money saying my insurance would not allow the switch when in fact my insurance was more then willing to switch us once we find a new provider. The office put head gear in for my son and not even 48 hrs it was loose and cutting his mouth up. They told me to wait 72 hrs before they could see my son for something that would take 5 minutes, mind you my son's mouth is being cut up. They told me I could cut it at home with nail clippers, um excuse me but that is highly unsanitary and not to mention could end up causing more damage to my child's mouth. This office is only worried about money as they make you pay a missed appointment fee and won't even see you if your 5 minutes late. Please protect your babies from an office that has no care for their well being and go elsewhere.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Do Not take your children here! They have a policy of no parents during procedures and have very poor reasoning. I explained the last time after my 9 year old had such anxiety that I would be in the room period. They did not like but allowed. They explained to me that they would be telling my son everything that happens before they do it, he supposedly was also administered nitrous oxide which is one of the big reasons why I chose that dentist. They did not tell him ahead of time. They told him when he put up his hands no no this is my room not your room. I sat without saying anything Until finally I explain to him they only had one more pinch which was the numbing needle. They only left the q-tip with the numbing agent used prior to the needle in for maybe 30 seconds which did nothing. When I voiced my concerns about an upcoming appointment instead of addressing the concerns they told me that parents are not allowed in the back with the children except to make them comfortable and go. I explained when a doctor says they're going to do something like explain what's gonna happen ahead of time and then doesn't do it or explains To a child this is my space not yours and the child doesn't have an advocate with them that's a real problem. Do your child a favor and don't take them here we canceled all appointments for a family of five and will look for a different dentist in the area!

Staff was very nice!! I asked on the phone if they were in network with my UHC dental policy before scheduling my new patient cleaning & 1 filling appt, and was told they were. I paid my ded & the portion they told me upfront for my 2nd appt for a filling. I received a $605 bill, after they were paid by my ins & me. Two months later, and no one will reply to my email to explain the marked up cost, and the billing dept that's offsite never answer the phone. Definitely won't be returning!!

For those of us who have difficulty with just getting ourselves to get there because of past experience, this is the place for you. I use Dr Judy Majul. I can not say enough positive things about her, or the staff, or the quality of workmanship.

I'm a recovering addict with 2 years sober. My teeth were not in the best shape when I came to peninsula dental. They never once made me feel bad or uncomfortable for my past or seemed like they were judging me. The manager Brandon is absolutely AMAZING!! He has gone above and beyond to work with me on what I need while staying in my budget and I'm just very grateful for them.

I have never seen such caring people. Everyone there is so professional. Millsboro should feel honored to have such a dental office like this. Each time I go there I'm treated so nicely. Even the dentist treated me like I'm a patient, and he has me looking forward to a lot of upcoming visits.
