Peninsula Dental Clinic aims to make both new and returning patients feel at home, regardless of the dental procedure theyre receiving. We also take the time to learn about each patients needs and health history. Our goal is help you understand your diagnosis and treatment options as well as put you in a position for long-term, good oral health. We are confident your dental experience with us will be nothing but positive.
Dr. Skerbeck opened Peninsula Dental Clinic in 1990, and it became the first and only dental practice to offer dental implants and intravenous sedation. He married his wife Kim in 1984, and they have two children together, Ryan and Joe, both of whom graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering. In his free time, Dr. Skerbeck enjoys mountain biking, skiing and backpacking.
Angie joined our staff at Peninsula Dental Clinic in 2007. Since then, shes become a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and received a National Certification as a Dental Anesthesia Assistant. Angie has two wonderful children Marshall and Colt. When shes not working, Angie and her family enjoy travelling and all of the outdoor activities the Olympic Peninsula has offer.
Dawn began her career as a dental assistant in 2004, working under her Uncle, Dr. Love, in Missouri. In 2005, she returned to her hometown of Port Angeles and started working at Peninsula Dental Clinic. She is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and has received her Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification. Dawn and her husband, Josh, have a daughter named Jaelyn, and shes looking forward to her growing family. In their free time, they can be found bargain hunting, enjoying the local cuisine or beachcombing.

My first time here. Cassie cleaned my teeth. She's great. Friendly and professional. I felt very relaxed the entire visit. Front staff were kind. If I lived here permanently, I'd definitely make this my regular dental office. Thanks for the great care!

The Dentist here is probably the best and most fun I have dealt with. Not only that, but he is extremely well handed, good at explaining what is going on, and seems to be attentive to you at all times. The assistant is also super friendly and they both had me laughing during my procedure from their humor and friendship dynamic. This was my favorite dental experience and when I can I am going to try to visit here again. Stay rad guys, thanks for the help!

Great place. I was recommended here by a friend. They try hard to get you to relax and laugh. The dentist is also really nice and explains things plainly, which I like. I had a tight window to have an appointment and get anything done and they more than exceeded that to fit me in and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I said I had a cavity that needed filling and they made an appointment for me to get it fixed by the end of the week. Then for the filling, I get stressed out, but they gave me nitrous for free and it helped so much. He explained each step before he did it, and during. The hygienists are also really sweet. Highly recommend here if you need work done as soon as possible.

this dental practice is amazing from the front desk, the assistants, hygenests and Dr Skerbeck. I have had a pretty terrible phobia after babric jobs done bty other dentists, goven bells palysy and felt ever fiber ripping at UW, so far i have had a root canal and a tooth extractions i felt NOTHING no pain whatsoever no nonsense about you feeling pressure, the attened to you while you are there like i would imagine they treat family for the first time in over 2 decades i do not need to be medicated with anxiety meds to go to the dentist. I cannot recommend this practice enough. they are amazing, and i am forever greatful to them and will continue to be a patient as long as im able to. thank yo all so much

First visit. I went in for a cleaning. Cathy did an excellent job. Mine is a difficult case, but she performed very well. I'm sure I'll be going back in December. Reception was very helpful also.

this dental clinic gets ONE STAR because the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. i don't know if she is rude to all of the people that go in but it was crazy how rude she was. the doctor was a 10/10 but the woman with reddish blonde hair, tattoos on her arm and skinny was so rude. if you don't wanna feel like less that a human being i don't recommend this clinic to you. thank you.

Dr Skerbeck was wonderful I took my disabled sister there to get her awful fitting dentures fixed ( that She got from another denture place) and it took a lot of doing. Dr skerbeck was patient and thorough. He gave her mouth a break from the pain and I am sure he will continue to work with her when needed. I recommend his services.

Ben takes the time to explain what the problem is, how to fix it, and tells you what he's doing as he's going through the procedure. Excellent work, really pleasant staff, and painless. Did I mention the dental hygienst - she's excellent

I've Been a patient of Dr. Skerbeck since 2014. Every visit has always been pleasant. Angela is fantastic & Dawn is sincerely sweet. Ken Skerbeck is a kick in the pants. He's extremely generous with the "funny gas" as I call it. He does his job and he does it well. In 2015 I recommended Dr.Skerbeck to a co-worker & he was completely satisfied too. They vibe so good together! I highly recommend this excellent team of dentistry.
