The best dentist I have ever been to. He takes the time to explain everything. The office itself is very nice and clean and his staff is top notch from the moment you walk into his office his receptionists are welcoming and all his staff. I highly recommend him.

Very bad experience with the front desk in-person and over the phone. Lack and inaccurate information given after making an appointment. So, make sure you ask all the questions before going to the appointment.

I'm a no longer a patient here because of that bad experience I had. I waited over two hours while everyone's food being delivered, chatting and eating nearby (receptionist eating right in front of me) in the waiting room. It wasn't professional, a bit trashy from my point of view since the entire place smelled like food. Was I in a restaurant? Once they were done eating, I got checked in by Dr. Ramos it was a five minute quick checkup where my concerns were not even taken into consideration. So, no thank you I will not be coming back and wait for nothing. It's not even about them eating it was more of the lack of professionalism and how they handled themselves as if I weren't there. Mayra Acero, try that! I was a patient there & this review was from 2018. Best of luck

I had a wonderful experience I have a phobia and I'm very afraid of the dentist Maria the hygienist gave me the greatest cleaning ever had my teeth looking brand new like CARDI OKURRRRR when she was done I got to see dr Ramos he's a great dentist he made me feel so comfortable the fear I had of dentist is gone thank to the wonderful staff at Ramos Dental

I have always been able to talk to the doctor and solve my problems. From the receptionist to the assistants and the doctor, they greeted me kindly and were very helpful.

Love this office, it's in a very convenient location just a block away from the subway which is great! Staff is very friendly and the doctors are very professional, great service. Clean and comfortable environment, I would highly recommend this dental office :).

it takes over a day to get your pills.. never got them and they never called me back and im being nice but this is why my attitude suck with them from the beginning. Very unprofessional and great liars !
