I was contacted by Dimitri one day prior reference confirming my appt at 9am. I wasn't able to confirm the appointment due to my work schedule. In the years of being a customer, I've never confirmed my appointment nor has my wife. If I couldn't make the appointment, I would contact them and tell them I needed to reschedule my appointment. Nonetheless, I walked in for my 9am appointment as I thought I still had and was told my appointment was moved to 12pm since I didn't confirm unbeknownst to me. I replied " how could you move my time for 12 if I didn't confirm my 9am appointment & how would I know my new appointment time was at 12 if I wasn't notified my appointment was changed? Mind you, I scheduled it at 9am in hopes to making to work on time. Dimitri reply was "it's not our problem you should have confirmed your appointment". I replied back "I'm not working a job that I can easily respond back & how was I supposed to know my appointment changed if you didn't say anything? If I didn't show up for my appointment you would have charged me for missing my appointment. I would have no choice but to pay for that because it was my fault. Now your telling me you took it upon yourself to move appointment without my knowledge and expect me to be ok with it as if I haven't been with this dentist for over 5 yrs? I felt like he didn't give a damn so at that moment I felt that was unacceptable. So as of today, my wife and I will be taking our business elsewhere. I'll give credit to the front desk staff, they did try to work things out but it was obvious Dimitri could care less if I came there or not. I'm only documenting my experience to let others know if your paying for a service you shouldn't have to feel your loyalty is obligated to someone that clearly shows you they can careless about you.

This place is awesome like everyone else I hate going to the dentist but they made feel comfortable... I love Yolanda and Abby they are complete sweetheart and the doctor love what he does..

Made an appointment TWO WEEKS AGO. Just for me to come in and they say I don't have an appointment. They emailed me my confirmation email but couldn't email me letting me know they needed to reschedule my appointment. When I come in and they tell me they can't take me they then tell me they can take me in another 2 weeks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE . Unprofessional I also called the previous day to confirm the appointment, left a voicemail and they did not get back to me

I contacted this office as a new potential client. The receptionist Kimberly asked me if I was ensured. I told her yes and gave her my information. She then proceeds to tell me i must get a fee schedule from my employer. After spending the better part of my day trying to locate this information, i finally called my insurance company who informed me that the dental office must contact them for that information. Needless to say I'm looking for another provider. Thanks for all the reviews.

Been a customer for years and I love Dimitri as he is very thorough, however Kimberly the receptionist was very rude when I told her I couldn't make an appointment the day before because of a work related emergency. I then call to make an appointment and give her my new insurance information. She then tells me that she will not schedule an appointment for me and I would have to walk in. Totally unprofessional and this is not the way you treat your existing clients who have been with you for years. They certainly will not be getting my business or would I ever recommend them to any of my friends or family.

This is the best dentist I've ever been too. Kimberly the manager was really nice, informative, and precise. The doctors are very kind and informative as well. Special thanks to Yolanda, she broke down ever options and explained with great details. Great atmosphere. Been back a few times and Abby is the best.

This is the WORST place to go to. I have wasted an infinite amount of money and time. If i could give this place a -5 stars i could. It used to be ok when other dentist lady was here forever a go and now so bad! The male dentist is horrible, lazy and rude. Please do yourself a favor and find a new dentist.
