Dr. Jeanette Novara is a dentist who moved to South Florida in 2002. As a dentist who did her professional training in Venezuela and in Florida, she has received an intense and rich clinical experience in a fully bilingual setting with a multicultural background over the last 15 years.
After obtaining her doctoral degree, at Universidad Central de Venezuela she further enhanced her skills with a post-doctoral degree in Orthodontics and a two year advanced education in General Dentistry degree at Miami- Dade County Research Clinic affiliated with Nova Southeastern University located at Lindsey Hopkings Technical Institute in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Novara has acquired advanced experience in every aspect of Dentistry including Restorative, Endodontics, Periodontics, Pediatric, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Implants as well as Orthodontics. Sorry but this was probably one of the most uncaring and unprofessional dental facilities I have ever been to.. From day one I should have run..They were very nice but really they were nice and accommodating to your face but once you left they ignored you. I went in December received full X-rays.. said I needed deep cleaning and would need to be preauthorized... okay no problem.. I'm the mean time made appt to have little itty bitty filling done.. did this a week later.. paid much co pays.. now just had to wait for authorization for cleaning and a crown on one tooth and bridge....or so I thought!! I called few times checking but was told takes time.. Here comes April and I finally her approval for deep cleaning and approval for fillings she already did in December? No anything for crown or bridge? I called and was told we were pulling the tooth? What ? Never said I was pulling a tooth? Said I needed to go to endodontics dentist? Tried numerous times to make appt for cleaning but she was always busy days she would call me back.. waited and waited no one ever had called me back!! Went to the endodontics dentist. Told him about this place.. he said it's bad these kind of places give real dentists a bad name.. He said I was ok pull that tooth but other tooth was fine for bridge or crown? He didn't even charge me the 200.00 co pay because he was so stunned this place even sent me to a specialist! He recomended a real dentist to me and I called the Pembroke Dental Spa for my records and she said she would email to me right away... been over a week and I had to call again.. then again in the morning when she says she had sent it but didn't.. told her I would stop by in my way home.. then she emailed them to me.. BUYER BEWARE... I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.. A DENTAL SPA IS LOOKING FOR QUICK EXTRA CASH AND COSMETIC FIXES.. not doing dental work with an insurance company. Not enough money for them in it.. Plus the so called fillings are already coming out.. 5 months later..
