Worst dental experience of my life. I will keep coming back everytime my review is removed. There were many many other reviews. Margaret Jones is nothing but a rude person. She made me feel like I was a POS. I went to her because I was in pain due to an absessed tooth. She was mean, made rude comments. I left her office in tears

I had the BEST experience here. Dr.Jones had seen me the same day I called, and helped me with a tooth that was causing me extreme pain. I'll definitely be going back from now on. Very professional, very clean, and helped me in every way possible.

I choose to travel 90 minutes each way to see Dr. Jones. She has been my dentist for nearly 30 years. Specialists have commented on the quality of her work. She's the best!

Dr. Jones was extremely professional and approachable. I felt safe and comfortable with my annual visit. I have switched dentists from time to time but haven't had anyone has good as her. I highly recommend.

Dr. Jones is a not only a wonderful person but a wonderful dentist! I've only ever had great experiences with her. I definitely recommend her, you will never be disappointed by her stellar work.

She is an amazing dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for over 25 years. People are amazed that I find going to my dentist to be relaxing! Her office is a calming and caring environment. Pam, her receptionist is a wonderful person and a friendly face to greet you when you come in to the reception area. She is highly trained dentist and keeps current on latest improvements in dental medicine. Dr. Jones has done an amazing job on keeping my teeth healthy and looking great. She truly cares about her patients. After I had had a dental procedure done she called me that evening to check on how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr Jones since 1987. I'm 66 and I still have all my teeth because of Dr Jones' excellent dental care. :) The office has a pleasant and happy atmosphere with impeccable cleanliness. I know Dr Jones is an animal lover through our conversations over the years. She loves her birds and her dogs. I've enjoyed watching her 4 children grow up and in addition to being a great dentist, she is a great mom. When you come to Dr Jones you will be a patient for life.

I had the WORST experience dealing with Dr. Jones! I had already written a review but apparently it was removed. My experience there was a few years ago but it was seriously the WORST experience I had ever had. I had gone in for a very painful abscessed tooth. The pain was unbearable! I was on Masshealth at the time and Dr Jones was one of very few local dentists who accepted it,, so I called and made an appt to be seen the same day. Once in the room, Dr. Jones was beyond unprofessional. When she told me the tooth needed to be pulled I started to cry and her response was basically how she was shocked I was crying because people on Masshealth usually don't care for their teeth. Everything she said was incredibly rude and passive aggressive. I left with a referral for the oral surgeon to have the tooth pulled but was still in excruciating pain. I hadn't slept or eaten in days. I just wanted the pain gone but she didn't offer anything even though my face was swollen and I was clearly in a lot of pain. I left her office in tears because of the way she made me feel. She just made comment after comment about how people on Masshealth usually are and how I didn't fit into that category in her opinion. I was disgusted at the way she judged others. I just had to make it through 1 more night until I could see the oral surgeon. Dr. Jones ended up CALLING ME later that night at about 8:30pm to let me know she had left a perscription for some pain medication taped to her office door for me,, so I could hopefully "get some sleep". I was in so much pain but I refused to call her and ask her for anything because of the way I was treated in the office. She clearly knew I was in excruciating pain when I left her office that morning,, but she made me wait all day into the night to offer anything to help. So I had to drive all the way back to her office after it was closed to pick up a perscription taped to her door. I was thankful because i could finally get some rest,,, but mortified at the way she made me feel. She clearly knew I was in excruciating pain before I even left her office, but she decided to wait until after hours to call me because she knew she was wrong to leave me that way. Maybe she thought I would have called her to ask for something for the pain,,, but I wouldn't give her the satisfaction. It was the worst dental/medical experience of my life, which is why I come back to the review pages every so often to see if anyone else has had the same experience as me. There were TONS of similar reviews before,,, not sure what happened to them. Thankfully I have since found an amazing dentist and will never need to go to Dr. Jones again!

Dr. Jones and staff have been accommodating of my busy schedule and receptive to my dental needs. She is very thorough and gentle with her cleanings which always makes our appointments a breeze. She is also a great conversationalist even if i cant respond (she busy cleaning my mouth ). I highly recommend Dr. Jones to be your dentist.

I love Dr.Jones. She is an amazing dentist. She is caring and gentle and very funny. I moved an hour away but still go see her twice (or more!) a year.
