In her free time, Dr. Persson enjoys being outdoors. She and her husband, Dylan are huge LSU fans and spend their autumn Saturdays tailgating and cheering for the Tigers in Death Valley. They both love traveling, running, going to concerts, hiking, skiing, and going to the beach. However, on a rainy day, they can usually be found binge watching The Office, football, and soccer.

Excellent! This was my first visit to Pelican Park Dental Care. My visit started on the phone with Angelica. She was very helpful and friendly before I even entered the building. I then met Caitlin, she made me feel like we had known each other for years. All of a sudden (not that it was too quick, it just seemed that way), I was finished wit my x-rays and cleaning. Outstanding job. Dr. Persson came in to examine my teeth/mouth. She spent as much time with me as I needed. Kayla then was so pleasant while checking out. A First Class experience!

I'm a "dental chicken" but always feel at ease there. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Dr. Persson does an awesome job and Caitlin is a charm.

I feel very comfortable with all of the employees that I have encountered at Pelican Park Dental Care. I think they hire the best and I have faith in all I have encountered. With that said, I suppose that translates to pricing. I find Pelican Park dental Care considerably more expensive in comparison to any other dental offices I have dealt with on the Northshore.

Everyone is always so nice and friendly there! We love going to Pelican park dental. Both Caitlin, RDH and Dr Pearson make my youngest feels so comfortable, as she is normally terrified of the dentist. They take the time to explain each thing they are doing to her.

My overall experience at pelican was phenomenal, The entire staff was super pleasant, very professional, and very comfortable to be around. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Top notch Dental practice. Dr. Persson runs an excellent facility and leads by example. Extremely friendly staff, willing to work with you when schedule changes and cleanest office I've ever seen. 1 of a kind! Catlin does a remarkable job as well, efficient and always painless cleanings.

Clean and welcoming place. Staff seems versed in basic hygiene and communicates well. Sometimes they say things are totally safe (which is never fully true and a red flag for me- most things are very safe for most people when done correctly within certain parameters) . Cannot do multiple crowns or fillings for kids and will refer out. I'm not always convinced they do a thorough job though. Overall a decent practice, especially for the price.
