Very pleased with the treatment and the care they provided by both Dr. Peggy and Jaime. Will come again for sure and I do recommend this clinic. Update: I have been a customer for more than 3 years now and we absolutely love Dr. Chang and the whole staff. We will always be using their services.

I had one of my twice a year appointments, for cleaning and a check up. The employees are all very friendly and make it a great experience. I would recommend them for any dental work you might need.

I am so lucky to find this place. They are one of the nicest people. I have never been to a dental cleaning and felt shamed about it, but they makes me feel accepted and welcomed. Lots of positivity and encouragement. They has to work so hard to clean my teeth due to my fault, but there was never a complaint. The price is right, and they fixed my teeth so well. I will never want to go to any other dental place for the rest of my life. I really appreciate all of them.

Leah is the best dental hygienist. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and in a gentle manner. My mouth feels noticeably clean after the cleaning.

Dr Peggy Chang is amazing! She is so friendly and professional, she is very straightforward and doesn't sugarcoat anything. Her staff is very friendly and I have full confidence they know exactly what they are doing and honestly have my best interest at heart.

Dr. Chang is fantastic, if we weren't moving I would be a patient of her for life. The office is clean and orderly, the hygienists are careful and thorough. I always felt well cared for by the staff and am grateful to have had such great dental care there.

Dr. Chang was 1st class. I felt very comfortable there. A previous dentist gave me a traditional flipper that makes me talk with a lisp. My goal was to have a retainer made to replace my flipper to improve my smile and speech.. Although she was not willing to help me achieve my short term goal, she was very professional and informative.

I have been coming to this office since I was a child and it's because of the amazing people at Dr. Chang's office. Dr. Chang and her team make you feel welcome by always remembering your name and the last conversation you had with them. They take great care of my teeth and are always gentle during procedures. I can't recommend this place enough! If you want a great dental experience, go to Dr. Peggy Change in Redmond!

After 14 years, we will never visit Dr. Chang again due to her exceptionally poor customer service and very unprofessional Business Manager named Kelly. The issue was very simple. I changed employers and for some reason, my new insurance was not set-up correctly and my wife and children were not covered by dental. When they went to get their teeth cleaning, Kelly was asked to confirm insurance coverage before the service. She did not tell my wife about the lack of coverage until after the service. I understand and fully accept that I am responsible to pay the bill, which I did, but I was shocked when I simply asked to receive the same level of discount as would be provided if insurance was covering it. We all know the list prices are drastically inflated. Kelly first told me it was not possible to get any discount and she would get fired if she gave a discount. Later on the call, she offered a $100 discount only if I paid immediately. I asked to have an updated bill provided and I would pay that amount. The updated bill never arrived and two weeks later, Kelly called and threatened that if I did not pay immediately she was sending the bill to collections. After again explaining that I would pay, but wanted to receive the same level of discount as would have been provided to insurance, Kelly then told me that would be illegal. I pressed my case and finally, she told me there was a friends and family discount of 20% she would give me. I took the offer and made the payment. In summary, Kelly lied several times about not being able to give us a discount for paying cash, failed to tell my wife there was no coverage before services were provided, accused me of ignoring email when she made a typo in the address, and finally used strong-arm tactics by threatening collections for a bill that was less than a month old.\ There are many fine dentists available in the Redmond area and hopefully, the next one we visit has a business manager with a heart.

I'm in my mid-20's and I've been going to this dentistry for as long as I can remember. Dr. Chang and everyone there is fantastic and I strongly recommend them.

7.5 years and still going to Peggy. 'nuff said. :) My family and I have been going to Peggy ever since we moved to the PNW 4 years ago. Always friendly and never does work that she feels is unnecessary. Staff is just as friendly and feels like "family" when you're there. Great with kids, so no need to seek out a separate pediatric dentist. Also, she takes appointments at 7am, so you can get your shot of Novocain before you go to work! Highly recommend her to everyone.

Everything went well with this visit as usual. Friendly staff and Dr. Chang is pleasant and gentle. I do not enjoy going to the dentist and I feel very comfortable in the chair.
