As someone with extreme anxiety over going to the dentist, they definitely made me feel as comfortable and as relaxed as they possibly could. The office space is clean and beautiful.

It's pretty Cool and nice like a spa and the lights are fascinating and everyone is smiling and happy not like other people where they don't smile and want to argue. Very nice place and good to leave your child to wait here safely.

just moved down here and was able to get an appointment a lot sooner than if i stayed at the last company i had been going to. all of the staff were very friendly and professional, my appointment was quick and easy, and i got to watch anime so definitely a win :)

The office is very new and clean. Front desk people are nice and the hygienest did a good job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Li is nice and explained things clearly. Highly recommend.

Showed up as a walk-in, no appointment. They welcomed me and had X-Rays done in 15 minutes. Had me back later that day to fix my tooth. Everyone was very nice and the dentist made sure to care about my pain level. You have a new patient!

Two main reasons for my low rating: 1. They didn't care to cover my thyroid gland during the panoramic xray. If it wasn't for my career background and knowing how important it is, they would have exposed me to unnecessary harmful radiation. When I told them I would refuse the image if they could not keep me safe they suddenly found a way to make it work. 2. I made my appointment with Dr. Peng but another doctor, Dr. Nguyen, came rushing in to hurry up and get my check up started. I apologized and told her kindly that I had made the appt. With Dr. Peng. She was ok with it but I was told it would probably be 30 min. Or more because "he's in treatment" I was not angry at all bc I understand scheduleding errors occur. I just offered to reschedule another day. They said "wait let me check" and came back with Dr. Peng. He had a great bedside manner and not rushed at all. The biggest problem was he never examined my teeth! Before telling me everything was fine! Or after. He looked at the digital photographs of my teeth. (Why would you do that im sitting right there? I can understand if he looked at them in conjunction with physically looking) Even after I pointed out an area that looked suspicious for a possible oncoming cavity with symptoms. He still didn't take a look in my mouth and said everything was fine. Sadly, I didn't realize the fact until after he left to go back to his treatment. I overlooked this partly bc part of me felt bad for keeping him. Maybe that's a new technique in which they don't have to look in your mouth anymore to provide a thorough exam and I'm out of date? or it was just rushed or worse case scenario lazy examining. Had I not worked in dentistry for 6 years in my past I would have been oblivious to these crucial issues. I will be seeking a second opinion for my tooth. I would have deferred to his judgement/expertise if he had done a complete exam. Other than that, the staff where kind, the office clean, and they have a hospitable waiting room. I can see why they have high ratings and maybe my experience was just unique and a series of unfortunate events. Unfortunately, safety and a thorough exam are top on my list and not something I can overlook for the nice environment.
