Dr. Cuartas graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2000. Along with his general dental practice, he has also developed a special interest in orthodontics, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dentofacial enhancement and and sleep apnea treatment.. He has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses and programs to further enhance his knowledge, skill and ability to provide his patients with the best modern treatment available.
Dr. Lorie A. Moreau is a New Orleans native that earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of New Orleans. Dr. Moreau went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University, School of Dentistry in New Orleans in May of 2000. Dr. Moreau moved to Houma, Louisiana in June 2000, and has been practicing dentistry ever since.

My husband was a patient at Dr. Pedro's for two years. My husband has now had to have three root canals from Pedro's temporary fixes. Pedro was constantly late for their appointments so he could only do temporary jobs rather than actually do what my husband was scheduled for. On average my husband was spending three hours there and being Pedro put him on a "treatment plan" he was in and out of there at least once a month and each visit was costing $500 or more. Dr. Pedro's is very nice office but I feel he is more concerned with his facial/sleep services more than his dental services. I do not recommend this doctor after visiting Dr. Porche right down the street. Dr. Porche has done one root canal for my husband and he was in and out in an hour and half. This is half the time my husband would spend at Pedro's for a temporary cavity fix and was the same cost.

Dr. Pedro and staff are wonderful, very friendly, go out they way to help a patient . Make going to the dentist easy. I highly recommend this people to anyone!!!

Dentist Pedro Cuartas is fabulous. His office staff is Awesome. This dental hygienist are great they are so gentle and sweet she explains everything she is getting ready to do. Dr. Pedro Cuartas treats you like family. Always has a beautiful smile makes you feel so comfortable while you are going through your procedure. I love this office. They are all genuinely nice, down to earth and professional. They take great care and pride and their work and that's wonderful to be a part of. I love the dentist but this by far is the best dentist office I have been to.

Very knowledgeable and listens to patient's concerns. I went for a free Invisalign consultation and was delighted that he wasn't just trying to upsell the most expensive options. Also, Allyson, the insurance lady made sure everything was in place if I want to seek further treatment!
