Dr. Edith Rojas is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She graduated first in her dental class and obtained a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. Dr. Rojas has received numerous awards during her training years. In 2002, Dr. Edith Rojas completed her postdoctoral training specializing in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, one of the top ten programs in the country.
Dr. Edith Rojas is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, she is credentialed with the medical staff at Driscoll Childrens Hospital. Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association. Her passion is to provide the best quality dental care to infants, children, and adolescents including special needs children.
Dr. Ken Zhou graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. Neurobiology. He then went on to earn his D.D.S. from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry In dental school, Dr. Zhou was heavily involved in volunteer mission trips providing dental care to pediatric populations in places such as Guatemala and Panama. These volunteer experiences inspired Dr. Zhou to pursue a specialty in pediatric dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. In residency Dr. Zhou received extensive training in treating patients with special health care needs and experiences in Hospital dentistry, oral sedation, Interceptive and comprehensive orthodontics, and dental trauma.
Dalio Benavidez has over 18 years of experience in the Field of Dentistry. His concentration for the last seven years has been working with infants, children, adolescents and their parents. He has the ability to make the most apprehensive patient feel at ease. Our patients love how he tailors his services to meet their individual needs and Dalio strives to make all dental visits an enjoyable experience.
Dalio graduated from Odem High School in 1980 and attended Del Mar College where he graduated in 1998 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene. We are fortunate to have him as an integral member of our Staff.
Ingrid Postert has been in the dental field for over 23 years. Ingrid attended Del Mar College where she graduated in 2016 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene. She enjoys working with young children and instilling fundamentals for taking care of their teeth. Her experience as a childcare provider previously gives her the patience and sensitivity to help ease even the youngest patients fears.

Was worried that i declined one of the anesthesia and opt. To go with just the Nitrous Medical Oxide...to my surprise my little trooper did perfect, also a last minute prayer to God and he my answered my prayers. The staff finished with no issues and after hit the local Whataburger. Would highly recommend for any filling work.....

I liked the dentist and staff. I have a 2 year old and they did well with him. My only issues are as follows: the waiting room has NOTHING in it for kids to do. There is a play house with no toys or a knob to open the door. 2 XBOX stations that are shut off, The Bend magazines but nothing AT ALL for children. It's a pediatric dentist? I don't understand unless they are still in "pandemic" mode? Pandemic is over people. Also, masks? Still?? Pandemic is over and this is Texas. If that policy does not change by my next appt in 6 months I will find another dentist.

Still requiring masks and even worse they make you buy one if you don't have one. Why would I still be carrying around a mask these days? We have all had covid. I will update the review if they get rid of this ridiculous policy. At least give them for free if your going to be one of the few places to require them.

I heard good things about this place so I had high hopes. The only thing quick about our visit so far was how fast they took our money. As soon as we got here before being seen, then after we got a treatment plan, before the treatment, swipe that card again (probably double or more what any other dentist charges) our appt was for 9. It's now 1114 and we are still waiting for treatment. Most of the people here are very friendly. They have a service dog that was very sweet. It's really hard to sit for for 3 hours with a 9 year old who is starving because you told her she can't eat.

Amazing pediatric dentist office! The staff and Dr. Rojas go above and beyond for their patients, from the front office ladies to the clinical staff to the adorable/sweet therapy dog (Mila). Highly recommend.

It was my son's first visit and my daughter was a little apprehensive, yet they explained everything and made my kids feel at ease. Dr. Rojas and everyone at pediatrix dental was so nice and helpful.

I have 3 children. The ladies at the front desk never have any idea what is going on. There is a definite miscommunication from the dentists in the back to the ladies at the front. I just don't understand how every visit they tell me my kids need fillings or an extraction or this or that but my kids are literally on a routine (every morning every night) .. they brush their teeth more than I ever did as a child. They seem to NEVER have our x rays on file either. Every time they say "oh you haven't had x rays done in a year" but we go all the time so every 3 months we have to take more X-rays (exactly, $$ looking for payout) and no matter how much I continue to brush my Children's teeth, their teeth always end up "slightly worse" so needless to say my bill that was discussed in our phone call before an appointment is always $200-$300 more than what was originally quoted. They are scam artists trying to skim an extra buck any chance they can. The Staff is terrible! The financial woman while I was standing at the front desk came out of her office and I quote "MA'AM! We have a policy here and you need to put on your mask!" ...ummm rude much? (Imagine her neck rolling with her finger up pointing at me). We have good insurance, even though nothing they do is ever covered so I pay everything upfront, 3 kids, so I would consider us to be great customers, but never will I ever bring my children back to this money hungry, disrespectful, so called dentists.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Rojas is sweet and very efficient with exams and dental work. My daughter was nervous for her appointments but they made her feel comfortable

Our 4 year old injured his mouth, and was scared of getting his mouth examined. They were able to reassure him and gave some nice stickers. Dr Edith Rojas was very calm and reassuring. Answered all of our questions and gave simple instructions for follow up.

I was assured that I could bring my 2 other children in while one got a cavity filled. They wanted me to leave my 8 year old in the treatment room by herself and I go to the waiting room with my other two. I said absolutely not. That is creepy and should not even be an option. All this whole, as stated, I was told it wouldn't be an issue. We are now finding a new dentist.

Clean office with friendly and caring staff! Went in with my 2 month old for a lip tie evaluation because I had read they use a laser instead of scissors for the revision. Dr. Rojas was helpful, patient, and answered all my questions. I appreciate that we agreed to monitor my child's situation instead of pushing surgical intervention.

I'm soooooooo impressed with the staff and dentist. They are absolutely fantastic and professional and very accommodating. They try and do help you when other agencies see you as a financial fix. They truly care for their patients. Praise GOD!!! I highly recommend this dental practice.
