Dr. Tom Hall is a Washington, Illinois native. He completed his undergraduate training at Illinois Wesleyan University. He then attended Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Hall then completed a one year General Practice Residency at the V.A. Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky. He subsequently spent three years at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry completing residency and fellowship programs in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Hall has been in private practice in Bloomington since 1989.
Dr. Hall is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentists, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the McLean County Dental Society. He is on staff at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center and OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
Dr. Hall and his wife Amy have two sons, Grant and Jordan. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with family, golf, fishing, reading and travel. He loves caring for the dental needs of Central Illinois children and is continually amazed by the number of patients who bring smiles or laughter to his day.
Dr. Sara Rauen Dardis grew up in the eastern Iowa town of Farley. After completing her undergraduate studies at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, she attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Sara then completed her post graduate pediatric dental residency at Columbus Children's Hospital and The Ohio State University. She received a certificate and masters in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Sara subsequently moved to Bloomington and joined Dr. Hall practice in 2002.
Dr. Sara maintains membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and McLean County Dental Society. She is on staff at Advocate Bromenn Regional Medical Center and OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
Dr. Sara and her husband, Sean, are parents of Andrew, Kate, Caroline, and golden doodle, Leo. They are avid Cub and Hawkeye fans! Dr. Sara enjoys an active family life and supporting her children in their activities. She feels privileged to provide dental care for children and build lasting relationships with her patients and their parents.

Such a great office! The staff are so patient and kind with my kiddos. We have 4 kids under 8 who see Dr. Hall, he and his team have been so wonderful with them!

After taking my children to Dr. Sara since they were born, my daughter got her first cavity at the age of 6. When my wife called the office to ask questions about the next steps, the office and office manager failed to answer any questions she had and then told us that our children would be dismissed from the practice. When I called back to get clarity on the situation I was told that they answered all of my wife's questions and that she got rude for no reason and was ordering them to take x-rays of my daughter's teeth since she had never had any which was false. We felt like our children were simply a number to this office and all they wanted was our money instead of simply explaining things to us. Not a good way to run a pediatric business at all in my opinion.

My 2 daughters were Born with a rare disorder. I could not find anyone anywhere to help them because no one knew what it was. Dr. Hall and everyone in the office opened their doors to us and gave my daughters of smiles that they deserved! I will always be very grateful for them! I would highly recommend going here!!!

As someone stated below, the office staff ruins it for this whole clinic. They continually send text messages to the wrong number and always give us issues with billing our insurance. At our most recent visit, the front desk lady was extremely rude about a billing situation (again) and in turn we will not be back. It's sad because Dr. Hall all his hygienists are amazing which is what has kept us coming here as long as we have. Their services are also much more expensive than a regular dentist so I'd weigh your options before coming here.

We absolutely love Dr. Hall and all the staff at Pediatric Smiles! Dr. Hall was my dentist when I was a kid and my two sons have had Dr. Hall as their dentist for many years now. He is the best with kids, and because of that, we have never dealt with anxiety or fear when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Hall is gentle and hilarious - leading to a very easy and fun dental experience. Every time we leave their office, my boys ask when we get to go back. You won't find a better pediatric dentist than Dr. Hall!

Dr. Sara works so incredibly well with children! She and the assistants work quickly and help to keep the children calm and as happy as can be during cleanings and procedures.

We have been coming here for about 4 years with both my kids ages 8 and 5. Always a great experience. Kids have grown to love coming here. They are never nervous and in fact look forward to coming! They see Dr. Hall, he is fantastic and so are the girls that work with him!

We have gone to Pediatric Smiles for several years, but yesterday Dr. Sara went above and beyond! My young son had to get three cavities filled and she was so kind, so patient and was so good to him!! We are so thankful for Pediatric Smiles!!!!!!

Dr. Hall and the dental assistants are fantastic. The office ladies are terrible and have no clue how to deal with billing or submitting medical information. Gave them the address the bill needs to go to they continue to send it to an old address. Filled out my daughters school form incorrectly. Failed to submit insurance correctly during our 2nd visit. I could go on. Thankfully today was the last appt for my daughter. Will not be going back.
