I have not gone. I filled out an appointment request online. I received one for 2 days later. The day before the appointment, I received a voicemail stating that there was a $442 new patient fee. Thankfully, I was able to get my son into another place that had a reasonable price.

0 STARS. TERRIBLE PLACE! Front office staff is very nice. They were fine for regular cleanings, however my son had to have some procedures done and instead of speaking with our insurance they would just bill us whatever they wanted. They charge for PPE each visit, when they can write the $10.00 off each patient visit AND should never bill patients for. My dental insurance was extremely appalled that this office was charging $10.00 each visit for PPE - NO PATIENTS SHOULD BE BILLED FOR PPE. I was told by my insurance that the codes they were using on my sons procedures were orthodontic codes- which is why they are almost always rejected by our insurance. My son is 8, he does not have braces and we are not planning on braces yet.... he went in for a filling and came out with a silver crown on his tooth because they said "he bit down during a filling", after speaking with my son he said it felt like the dental hygienist drilled too far into his tooth causing them to hit the nerve and he knows he did not bite down, as he has had 4 fillings before and this never happened. Very sketchy. Another instance - I was told a procedure for my son would cost $800 out of pocket and that my insurance would only cover $70. I went to another pediatric dentist and they told me the total cost would be $105........how could Pediatric Smiles tell me it would be $800 out of my own pocket?? I thought that was strange since we have great dental insurance that they were not covering things, so I called my insurance company and they told me that the dentist office had never called them to find out our benefits and that they did not preauthorize his LAST procedure, so we were billed $350. If they would have verified the procedure (which is their JOB) it would have been approved by our major medical insurance. We are now in an appeal process. This all could have been avoided if they actually called my insurance to verify our benefits. I am so disappointed and upset with how their insurance woman handled everything. THIS PLACE IS OUT FOR YOUR MONEY. SCAMMERS. Please beware.

Dental service & front office to make appts very clear & easy to work with BUT the office staff & account staff with Amy and billing in this office is unacceptable. Many times I've been told I'm sorry it must have been overlooked or a mistake and I don't have time or money that they are charging to have something overlooked or be a mistake. Amy does not communicate with clients well & refers to the computer all the time as it never makes a mistake but she doesn't take accountability for her actions but I have printouts and I have proof she's provided to me for balances and everytime I go in it seems like my bill keeps increasing and its a mistake I was told. When dealing with peoples everyday finances and lives to accommodate these things our kids experience and when you are under the impression of one thing and than another is unacceptable for all families and she can never figure out why.

The scheduler was very accommodating, which I very much so appreciated, and set a great tone for the visit. But then, we go to the appointment 10 minutes early, with all the paperwork already filled out online. We waited 35 minutes before they took my 2yo back. The hygienist did not introduce herself, but did a great job interacting with my daughter. Then, after only 10-15 minutes that it took for xrays and cleaning (which is great), we waited another 10 -15 minutes for the dentist to come for the check up. After being at the office for over an hour for something that should have taken 20 minutes tops, we left before the dentist made themselves available. We will not be back to the office.

We love Dr. Staci and being a part of the Pediatric Smile family! My daughter has been a patient since she was 6 months old. Dr. Staci and her staff have been amazing with my daughter over the past 11 years! They have always been patient and make her feel comfortable each visit. Whether it was helping her in her early years to cope with the fear of being at the dentist to answering her questions about cleanings, xrays, and other procedures. With listening to advice and following suggestions Dr. Staci has made it has kept my daughter with a beautiful cavity free smile.

Stacy is so thorough. She is more than a dentist and genuinely cares about the children. Her staff is very friendly, efficient and caring. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their child and you will be in great hands.

They are patient, friendly, and fun with our three children. Plus they are extremely knowledgable. What more could you ask for in pediatric dentistry?

Everyone & everything was so nice! It was my sons first appointment but we'll definitely be back. The people were so sweet & the atmosphere was very well fit for kids, lots of toys/cartoons & even an Xbox station to keep them entertained. My almost 2 yr old did much better than I expected so I have to thank them for the part they played in that by the environment being so cozy & welcoming!
