She discovered a love for connecting physicians and leaders with opportunities she knew would have a profound impact on the lives of children and their families. From working within an academic children’s hospital, and upon the encouragement of the VP she worked most closely with there, Glenda was inspired to put her passion, 20+ years of experience, and talents to use to create a special search firm that would help physicians and leaders within children’s hospitals, groups and health care organizations and impact children’s health care needs across the nation

Glenda has an award-winning track record and over 28 years’ experience as an executive search consultant—17 of which she spent creating and developing search firms and hiring and training individuals who went on to become top-ranked recruiters under her direction
Glenda has spent her entire career studying negotiation and the psychology of the recruitment process, as well as personality/behavioral assessments. Her key strengths include facilitating the recruitment process, negotiating to ensure a win-win outcome, and finding the best fit for both her clients and candidates.
In her career, Glenda has personally made and overseen thousands of successful placements. Since founding Pediatric Search Partners, she has successfully signed over 350 physicians and leaders within childrens hospitals, healthcare systems and practices across the nation including Medical Directors, Section Chiefs, Division Heads, Pediatric Residency Program Directors, Vice President and Medical Director of Clinical Integration, Vice President and Medical Director of Community Health and Chair of Pediatrics.
Most importantly, her hearts passion is making a difference in the lives of those who take care of kids and helping hospitals and practices find the doctors and leaders they need to impact the lives of children and families in the areas they serve.
Since the start of Pediatric Search Partners, he has been instrumental in the completion and success of challenging pediatric subspecialty searches, both clinical and academic, including leadership positions within children’s hospitals
Prior to co-founding the firm, Andrew worked as a finance professional at one of the Big Five, in private equity, and in various senior finance positions in both public and private companies. His experience includes the startup, build out and/or reorganization of companies in healthcare, internet, telecommunication, television and e-learning.
Andrews career has taken him throughout Europe where, in over a 12-year period, he lived and worked in over eight countries including among others, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovenia.
