I originally left 5 stars, but my daughter was suppose to be on a wait list for extraction. They said I would hear from them in 2 weeks, its been a month and no one answers the phone when I call. The only way I originally got an appointment was to serial dial over and over again, but that's not working this time. I hope this gets someone to call me back. My daughter needs these extractions. If someone can please answer the phone or call me back I will change this back to 5 stars.

D.A Kianna is the best she explains everything she is doing to the child. She is full of life and has a great personality. I would definitely recommend this pediatric Dentist for your child.

Staff seemed to be nice enough. My conceen and issue is - I was told my child had 4 cavities but when I was inquiring about the cavities and the to see x-rays all I got was they are on the side of the molars where the teeth are closer together. I felt something wasn't right. My advice is to get a second opinion (I wish I had read all the reviews before bringing my child here) By the way- I went and got a second opinion and was shown the x-rays and my kid has no cavities!! Please be careful

I visited on 08/30/2022 for my Son routine cleaning and i must say that my kids have been patients for a couple of years now and this is the first time that i have ever felt so comfortable and my son was able to relax all because of Ms. Kianna her hospitality displayed yesterday made me remember why I keep my children with this office. Kianna Thank you for being so knowledgeable and attentive. honestly the ability to actually care about your patients is a gift from God. Keep up the great work!

The dentist office was such a warm and amazing place for my baby! It was his first appointment and they made me and my baby feel so welcome! Also the dentists nurse by the name of Kianna was such an amazing help !

Never pick up the phone trying to schedule appt for daughter who spacer needs to come out immediately this is ridiculous

they dont answer the phone. been calling for two months now leaving messages to schedule appointment and nothing. very poor customer service skills.

The office staff is amazing but trying to get someone to call you back after leaving 2 messages within a week is ridiculous. I need to get my granddaughters dental records for her new school since it is a requirement now. I have been calling almost every day for a week or more. No response.

I'm calling during operation hrs and no answer, leaving voicemails and no returned phone calls! This is extremely disappointing! I'm trying to handle getting scheduled for an appointment for my daughter! Already this is a terrible way to start off a new customer service experience! They don't answer the phone when I call and I've been blowing the phone number up and they haven't called back! I am taking off work trying to at least just schedule an appointment and I'm honestly reconsidering this referral to the office! I'm disappointed in their lack of response, I'm leaving this review in hopes to finally get a call! We will see if this works!!!

I have been here to bring all 3 of my children and when I say the best in town they are the best! Michelle is who saw my children and she was very polite and friendly she even made them feel like there was nothing to fear. So if your looking for somewhere to bring your children PEDIATRIC AND FAMILY DENTAL IS THE PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TO COME! Thank you guys very much!!..

Highly recommend them!! The whole staff is always so patient and friendly and make my daughters feel at ease and proud of themselves when the procedure is done!! They are the best!

Absolutely fantastic group. Both of my sons have had filings here and the staff is super caring and neither of my kids experienced any discomfort. They use laughing gas so no needles necessary.

Getting through on the phone is like mission impossible, better yet why have a phone. I have called 5 days straight pressed each prompt to see if I can get a hold of anyone and nothing.

I love this dental office!!! They are so kind and patient and so efficient. They are respectful of you and your time and never have I had to wait no more than 15-20mins for my appointment. From the front desk to the back office. I am truly thankful for them all and that I found such a dental office that cares. They also Thoroughly explain treatment plans and will answer any question you may have. Bilingual as well!!

This pediatric dental office has been like a family and a complete support system to me and my family. Not only are they very understanding, but they always go the extra mile to make the client feel cared for. If you don't have a pediatric dentist for your children, consider making this your new home where you most certainly will feel like family!
