First, I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews. But I felt I should because from top to bottom Dr. Frankel's Dental Practice is simply top notch, simply pro, and just as important, incredibly pleasant. I called to get an appointment for some old bonding from a previous Dentist which fell off, and was met with courtesy and respect from the start. The front desk asked if they could call me right back with scheduling, and within 10 minutes called back to set an appointment to fit me in the very next day. And from the moment I walked in, I was met with the same professionalism and pleasantry. The office is well-organized and efficient. The hygienist was concerned and courteous.The Dental Assistant was comforting and 100% engaged in my treatment. Now, it goes without saying the Dentist was pretty fantastic, but I'll say it anyway. Dr. Liz was proficient and exact with my treatment. It was easy to see the professional training and experience which led to the result she offered - but it was also her "chair-side" manner which was equally professional, and comforting. I really can't say enough about how much I appreciate the care she exhibited to my treatment. Bottom Line: Each and every person in Dr. Frankel's Dental Practice, makes the Practice work as well as it does. I highly recommend going there if you're considering a new Dentist. And even if you don't like going to the Dentist, I'm pretty sure they'll change your mind.

I have been going to Dr. Frankels office for years since my son had teeth. I always had been given excellent service however today the treatment I received from a lady over the phone was horrible. I'm a grown adult and didn't appreciate her talking to me like I'm a child. She needs to learn how to speak to adults. I got referred to an office to get caps and the office didn't even take my insurance. I do not fault the office for this however when I called to inquire the way I was spoken to was uncalled for. I am not a child and she needs to learn how to speak to adults properly. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this office. I think it's outrageous the way she spoke to me. She swore her doctor made the right decision in my sons dental care. Very sad because I enjoyed this dentist and referred many people here but after my conversation and experience with being sent to an office that doesn't take my insurance I'm finding a new dentist.

I highly recommend this practice, they have always taken care of my children and my own dental needs. The staff are friendly and professional. You feel like part of the family. They are always willing to accommodate around your schedule. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST, DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGENISTS OR ORTHODONTISTS ... They have it all.

Always a great experience, I've been going there for over 20 years. They have a technician that has been there for over 20 years also and does a excellent job. All the Dentist that work there and staff are friendly and professional It is a very safe environment I would highly recommend them.

Dont go here! Horrible service, they rush you and miss things they should have seen everytime. They will cause your problem to worsten because they do a half job then it takes 3 months for another appointment(not due to insurance ) they rush and dont care. Do not waist your time here!

I've been coming here since I was a child and they are undeniably the best. The staff are so kind and caring and go above and beyond to make everyone feel cared for. Even more, they really do their best to accommodate patients. For instance, I had to catch an early flight today and Dr. Lindsey came in her off day, at 9:30 no less, to put in my crown just to ensure I made my flight. It's that type of kindness that makes them the best.

Dr. Rao is THE BEST!! He has such a calm demeanor and is very gentle. I get so much anxiety especially at the dentist but he explains what he is about to do before doing it and address all of my concerns. I am never calm when I go to a dentist but I've seen Dr. Rao 3 times since November 2021 and its always a pleasant and anxiety free experience. Thank you Dr. Rao!!!

My 4 year old had her appointment set for 2 weeks they called me the day of to remind me I explained I had to come in early because I had another appointment they said I could come an hour early because they was not full my appointment was for 1:30 I arrived at 12:30 ! It's no reason it's 2:00 and I'm still not being seen with the receptionist telling me she jus put the paper in but I signed in at 12:30 .... if I'm signed in on an appointment I should be in line at the same spot while I fill out paperwork . Not to mention when I walked in not one out of the 2 receptionist acknowledged me to even tell me to fill out paperwork they acted like they didn't even see me !

I love it, they are so professional and the staff are so friendly, the place is always clean it is a really good environment. I am so happy with their service. Frances one of the receptionist she is great and always she is so helpful.

Rob is the most amazing friend, dentist, and role model. He employs only the best in his offices and I have always left more than satisfied and confident in my dental health. After over a decade the quality of his service never changes.

Been bringing my son here since he was a 5 yr old. He is now 13 and they always treat us so well. Wonderful and caring staff. Especially the silver fox lady at the front desk.

I highly recommend Dr. Frankel. He's an excellent pediatric dentist. He's work is a work of art. He treated my daughter over 20 years ago and now my son is also a patient. Thank you for all you do for us. Love, the Mena family.
