Solid team of dental professionals. Front desk staff gets you back to the chairs in a timely manner. Ability to get three kids treated all at the same time. Bright and cheery office.

These folks are amazing with the kiddos. Working on children's teeth isn't just a side thing for them, it's their main focus and specialty and it shows. My daughter has been here a few times, and by some miracle, she is always well behaved for them. They keep her comfortable and distracted from some of the uncomfortable procedures, and at the end, they usually reward them with some kind of balloon or toy (no candy!). I wish my dentist would give me a balloon.

It's been a few years since we've been, but it felt very much like conveyer-belt dentistry. I had some genuine concerns about my older son's teeth, and Dr. Bozic (John) probably spent all of three seconds looking in his mouth. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe they were overwhelmed with patients, but I felt like I was getting the standard speech and they just wanted to move me through as fast as possible. My friend had a similar experience where she actually pointed out two spots on her son's teeth and he downplayed the significance. Turns out they really were cavities. Hopefully things have changed since then, but I didn't feel like it was a comprehensive dental exam.

From the first phone call to the first visit has been the best Pediatric Dental experience for my kids to date! They actually can't wait to go again! I especially appreciated how attentive Jill was with helping me with our insurance. Her personality is very sweet and engaging! :-)

I love this office :) They make dental visits so fun and extra special! If you are looking for a positive dental experience and welcoming family environment (parents invited to go back with our kids) I highly recommend Dr. Bozic's office. Bonus -super cute holiday decorations.

DO NOT GO THERE! The front desk is the worst ever, rude and unprofessional. They don't want to file claims to insurance, they don't answer the phone, they don't call back. They charge you higher than other pediatric dentistries in Lafayette. Be careful with your bill, they try to get you pay out of your pocket instead of filing to the insurance, so they can charge more.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lady at the front desk. (Jill) is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. It's absolutely sickening the way she treats people. The one star review is even too much, I would give zero stars if I could. She is so belittling to parents and has no shame treating them that way in front of their children. Dr. Bozic doesn't care as there have been DOZENS of complaints about this woman, yet she still has a job and continues to treat people poorly. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of children. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.

I am so grateful to Dr Zach Bozic and all of the staff at Pediatric Dental West! My son has many special needs and we just moved to the area. When I called their office to ask questions about them seeing my son, Jill was so sweet and relayed my message to Dr Zach. He then took the time to personally call me and find out more information about my son and his situation. I was so impressed by him showing this amount of care for my son! We were able to have his first appointment this morning. All of the staff in the office were extremely nice and accommodating. They were so wonderful with my son and were able to look in his mouth and take x rays. Dr Zach was so kind and patient! They are looking into several different options for treatments for his cavities right now. I trust this office fully. If you need a great dentist for your child, and especially if you have a child who has some additional special needs, I recommend this office 100%. I am so grateful that we ended up working with them!!! My son has been to *many* medical professionals in his life and I have to say this is one of the best experiences we have had. Agree with other comments. The admin team was extremely rude. The dentist team was better than the admin, but still not welcoming. The charges are much higher than other dentistries. Switched to another dentistry for my kids.

Our first visit was amazing in the Lafayette office. Before coming to this office we were going to a different one that doesn't let you go back with your child. We had been going for 2-3 years to the old one before switching and with Dr.Bozics office we were able to get my daughter a X-ray and an actual cleaning IN THE FIRST VISIT! This never happened at our old office. The front desk staff was super helpful when it came to insurance and scheduling a follow up appointment. Wish there was more stars to give cause this office deserves more than five. Would highly recommend this office.

I really like this dental practice. Everything is super child friendly from the office decor to the staff. The dentist, hygienists, and assistants are all very good with children, explaining what they're doing step by step and flexible in their approach

I have never seen such a rude staff at any medical office in my life. I called them in September to book a dental appointment for my toddler and got the response that they are booked till November, so I should call them after November 2021. I called them again on December 16th, around 3:50 PM EST. The girl/lady on the other side gave me only one date and time, i.e., 8 AM March 23rd, and when I told her to wait for a couple of seconds as I checked my schedule (i had the office calendar open already), she put me on hold for 5 minutes and then cut the call abruptly. I called again, but no one picked up. I left the voice message again, but no response. Are they so busy that they cannot wait for a few seconds to get a response? They are taking advantage of the limited availability of pediatric dentists in the area. Still, rudeness and lack of manners are not what I expected! Their front desk staff needs to learn to behave with their clients a little more humanely.

Dr. Bozic and the rest of the staff were very kind and patient with my daughter. She deals with oral aversion and various sensory sensitivities and they were so great with her. We went in worried that it wouldn't go well and we left tear free and happy! My daughter keeps talking about going to the dentist. Very pleased!

My daughter had her children scheduled there but when she called to discuss an issue the woman was extremely rude and actually hung up on her! Very unprofessional! I called to try and speak with them but got the same extremely rude lady who actually yelled at me. I cancelled the appointment. Ridiculous behavior.

My 3 year old son typically has a very hard time when he goes to the doctor, so I was worried the dentist would be the same. This was absolutely not the case though. The staff were so friendly and my son loved his visit. It was all he talked about for a day and he spent the whole evening playing with his dentist goodie bag.

Dr. Bozic and his staff are so friendly and informative that my kids and myself come in and leave feeling great. This is important especially for my youngest as he is always nervous with these types of things. Thank you for your continued great customer service.
