Never had a bad experience with them and my kids love going here. Appointments are usually booked farther out but they do their best to work with our scheduling needs.

The Whole office is nice and friendly!! love Dr Demoss she cares about her patients and explain everything into detail

My daughter was referred here from our regular dentist for a specific treatment. We weren't able to be scheduled until 6 weeks out for the procedure. The morning of her scheduled procedure the office called and cancelled her appointment and then said they couldn't get her in for another 6 weeks! A cancelled appointment was not made priority in rescheduling and we now would be 12 weeks out from the original scheduling date. Absolutely ridicuous!

I'm pretty surprised to be seeing so many negative reviews. My 5 year old has terrible anxiety about going to the dentist, and Dr. DeMoss has always been super patient with him. I've never had any issue with the staff or with scheduling. I've got a friend who takes her children there and also has nothing but good things to say.

Never had an issue with Dr DeMoss. I was a little surprised to read all these poor reviews. My three kids have been seeing her for years and she's always been professional and kind with them. She's great with special needs children and takes military insurance. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I am absolutely disgusted by their professionalism! For the second time, they schedule me for a date and time and it is not correct. We were scheduled for today and when we got there it was closed, which apparently it is every Friday. Why schedule me on a day off?? I have taken leave from work, and my kid from school just to waste my time. First time, I was scheduled and they had no record of my appointment. This is the last time I attempt any business with them!

Never had an issue with Dr DeMoss. I was a little surprised to read all these poor reviews. My three kids have been seeing her for years and she's always been professional and kind with them. She's great with special needs children and takes military insurance. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I feel like some of the staff, including the doctor, would be better suited to working with adults. For the record, my own kids weren't a problem during their exams, but Dr. DeMoss and her assistant would often speak about and make jokes about other patients. On our last visit in December, they joked about wishing you could spank other people's kids. Not okay. My three year old was nervous, but NOT misbehaving and when he whimpered, Dr. DeMoss told him that if he started whining and not cooperating, Santa Claus might not come. Their work is well done, but I don't feel that some of them have the patience to work with children.

A dentist should be teaching and talking to children about brushing their teeth often and how. My step kids have this dentist, they tell the kids their teeth are good, REALLY? No... no they're not. They rarely brush them, their breath is foul, teeth are yellow, and teeth have food on them... one even even has a grey film on teeth. Dentist thinks this is OK?? WHAT??

Three times they refused see my daughter when we were 1-3 min late (not consecutively). But I've sat and waited for my children to be seen past our appointment time. They schedule patients with no room for any flexibility in their schedule. I've also accommodated them when their power was out and no one bothered to call me by doing abbreviated exams. The hygienist has been rude and was rude today. Don't be late for her but she will make you wait on her if she's running over and we should be understanding. The office staff said well that's ok that they can't see you. Humm nope it's not okay. It's not okay that you expect your patients to be understanding but your office staff lacks any understanding. This time we were 2 min late and the front office told us to wait and they waited an extra 3-4 min to ask the hygienist. So that made them not have time to see her because she's out of braces. I've told them the past 4 times she's out of braces so if they need longer than 15 min to clean her teeth they should update her chart and accommodate that when they schedule her freaking appointment. I have gotten better treatment on military treatment facilities and trust me that's not saying much. Also during a cleaning the hygienist pushed her gum that needs a gum graft down exposing the root further ( we had to wait until she was out of braces to see about the gum graft) and acted like it was nothing. It seems to me they were more worried about themselves than providing customer service to their patients. I will not be taking either of my children back.

Dr Demoss is a skilled professional and caring person by nature with a great bedside manner. She has a great way with kids and my kids love her. I highly recommend...and often do!

Dr Demoss is a skilled professional and caring person by nature with a great bedside manner. She has a great way with kids and my kids love her. I highly recommend...and often do!
