Discriminatory - will take patients who pay out of pocket but won't take patients who pay out of pocket if an insurance coverage pops up in there computer even though they didn't have any permission to obtain insurance coverage records - and the patient told them to bill them NO INSURANCE and they will pay out of pocket at the day of the visit.

I have been bringing my children to pediatric dentistry for a 6 years now. They are amazing with my children and always dealing with their anxiety or nervousness with kindness. We live far away but make the drive as they are well worth it!

I would highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry! All the staff and doctors have been absolutely fantastic over the years! They have been so patient and kind with my kids, especially when my son had to have his first cavity. He was really scared, but they really helped to calm him down and made the experience not so bad. Great crew and very knowledgeable as well! Love the TV's for the kids to watch while having their appointments as well.

This place IS Totally practicing discrimination against state insurance. When I called, the receptionist specified that they currently accepting new patients. After talking about the child for awhile, they ask what type of insurance. They then clearly denied to take him in just because of MA insurance. The state MUST Do something about this!!! sick.

Both providors refused to treat my children because they felt I did not "trust" them after returning for fillings on both children after they have already numbed their mouths. The treatment plan "suddenly" changed from fillings to a root canal. Highly suggest finding a different dentist for your children.

Wanted share a great customer service experience we had today with Pediatric Dentistry. First of all its important to understand that we have a family of Seven kids. This oftentimes is a challenge when it comes to getting the kids in for their routine exams. The biggest problem comes in scheduling all seven in at the same time without having to break it up into multiple visits. Today our Scheduler, Emily, did a fantastic job getting it all arranged in one visit. She was pleasant to work with and highly professional. We appreciated her help and very thankful for her service. Many thanks to the staff at Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Welch and the dental hygienists do an excellent job with kiddos, having kid friendly lingo for all of the instruments. I am always very pleased and would recommend this place to everyone with kiddos. My kids actually look forward to going every 6months and yes, they have had to have cavities filled.
