This location is currently closed permanently. They should have updated online . We have visited in person to take appointments that's when we got to know this .

We've taken our son here twice now and have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Atwan and her entire staff. My son isn't an easy patient to have, but everyone was so patient and kind to him the entire time. The appointments didn't feel rushed, and we left with my son willing and ready to start properly brushing/flossing daily. From the front desk, to the assistant, hygienist, and Dr. Atwan herself-- I'm thoroughly pleased!

All around poor work. Had to have the dental work redone. The front desk staff was disorganized and communicated poorly.

Best experience possible. My son was terrified of the dentist and needed extensive work done. Dr. Atwan and her staff were amazing with him . Everyone in this office is so nice!! Thank you!!

best dentist office for my son! My son is autistic and had a true fear of the dentist, they not only took great concern but care of him as well between being able to offer him laughing gas to telling him what they will be doing before they even touch him to having him watch tv to distract him this is the best dentist hes ever had!

Called during normal business hours several days ago to set up new client. No answer, so I left a detailed message. Still no response. Moving on now. *Update to the response: This is not my full name, but it's close enough. You know who I am. You did not return my call. And don't insult my intelligence - I know how to leave a voicemail message. In any case this is clearly an indication of how things would go if I was a customer, so I'll pass. No interest in setting up appointments through Google Reviews whenever you decide not to call back.

I planned to make an appointment for my son as a new patient, he needs cavity fillings and the family clinic advised us to look for the pediatrics dentistry because of the son's age. I was asked to fill the new patient form with a lot of sensitive information like SSNs of me and my husband, job positions, addresses, parents dental insurance ids. I gave my concern at least for SSN, but I was told this is needed for getting the benefits from the insurance company though I was never asked in any clinic before and had no issues with my insurance. I told I'm ready to provide all the related information like insurance ID as an insurance owner, my employer name, dates of birth, address etc but I am NOT ready to share the SSN. I understand that the clinic may have it's own policies but it's pretty strange why they request a lot of personal sensitive information in the registration form though it doesn't relate to medical services they provide.

Very nervous son that needed extra care. They went above and beyond to take care of his needs. We really appreciate the doctor and staff.

These folks are fantastic and provided an incredible service for my Autistic son with multiple cavities. He even needed a crown, and despite it being a very tough situation, the doctor managed with me and my wife to hold our son still and complete the work. They don't "drug" children here, they provide medicine to help calm nerves and make difficult and painful dentistry work more manageable. We do not have dental insurance and just pay cash for the kids dental work and they worked with us to provide reasonable costs. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone who doesn't associate themselves as a crunchy granola, better than everyone else parent. For you crunchies out there, just stay away and leave this fantastic office alone. I'll note that most of the bad reviewers seem to be the people that give everyone bad reviews (check their review history), so this office's image shouldn't be tarnished by high maintenance entitled idiots.

We've always found the entire staff to be friendly and responsive especially the office staff. One of our children is extremely nervous about all dental procedures and Dr. Atwan is fantastic with them!

This has to be one of the worst customer experience of my lives. My dentist who is an excellent adult one recommended Pediatric dentistry for my children. I want to make a disclaimer that I have a conflict with my Ex to where she wants the children to be seen at her dentist. Every time the receptionist creates hurdles, claims that my insurance wont pay (even they always have). They also told me that I need a letter from the attorneys stating that its ok to see my children which is a BLATANT lie. My child has a tooth growing behind its original tooth and I called more than 10 days ago. I was told by the receptionist that I will be called tomorrow as the "system is updating" and they never called. I called repeatedly to where they did not even have the courtesy to respond back. Today I sent an email and basically they refused to see my child who is in pain stating its a "Liability" issue and they need a letter from my attorney. This is the kind of service you get at this dentistry. If you are looking for a decent dentistry please look some where else. The doctor is nice but the staff is horrible and they are the customer facing. I HOPE DR. ATWAN sees this review. I am just fed up with these guys. I am scrambling to find a new dentist. I will be reporting this to any authority as American Dental Association and the BBB. I wish I could give ZERO stars!
