Dr. Julie Longoria attended Texas Tech University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Biology and a minor in Spanish. After college, Dr. Longoria studied dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. She received her D.D.S. degree in 2008. Upon completion of her D.D.S., she continued her education at UTDB-Houston, specializing in Pediatrics. In 2010, Dr. Longoria completed a Master of Science in Dentistry, and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Longoria is a diplomate in the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Longoria is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Greater Houston Dental Society. She also volunteers at The University of Texas School of Dentistry, teaching in the pediatric dentistry department.
In her free time Dr. Longoria enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants around town, and training for half marathons (well lets be honest she doesnt love running but she does love eating, therefore she must do something!)
Dr. Chen graduated valedictorian from the University of Texas School of Dentistry. After dental school, he furthered his education receiving his Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Masters of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Chen served as the chief resident during his entire residency. He also was one of the youngest orthodontists to receive the highest certification in orthodontics from the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Chen is also clinical assistant professor in orthodontics at the University of Texas School of Dentistry.
Dr. Chen believes your smile is your calling card and is the most potent weapon one possesses. A persons smile has the strength to forge bonds, break ice, and calm storms. I want our patients to use their smile constantly. I believe the power of who you are is displayed when you smile.
Throughout his career, Dr. Chen has become involved in many professional Orthodontic and Dental Organizations. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, the Texas Orthodontic Association, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Dr. McCarty was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended St. Agnes Academy for high school and St. Edwards University for college. Dr. McCarty was valedictorian of her dental school class and received her D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry. Upon completion of dental school, she continued her education to specialize in orthodontics and received her Certificate in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics and Masters of Science in Dentistry. Dr. McCarty served as chief resident during her entire residency.
Dr. McCartys life motto is to smile often! She believes your smile is your best asset. She wants her patients to love their smiles and have the confidence to use them often. Mother Teresa said, Let us always greet each other with a smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.

Dr. Sindhu is a native of Richmond, Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. After dental school, Dr. Sindhu completed a two-year pediatric dental residency at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital where she gained extensive training in hospital dentistry and working with children that are medically compromised and have special health care needs. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside of work, Dr. Sindhu enjoys exploring Houston, cooking and traveling. She also enjoys giving back to the community through community service and volunteer work. Dr. Sindhu is excited to call Texas her new home and serve her Houston community!

Dr. Longoria and the staff here are excellent with children. We have been bringing our child here since they were a baby and have always had an great experience. The office is beautiful and clean and our child looks forward to coming here even when they need to have more than just a cleaning.

My son (10) had a great time! Odd to say The hygienist was so nice, my son really was himself there which was hilarious. We chatted while we were waiting, I'm so mad that I didn't get her name. My son watched the movie giggled, asked a million questions while all loopy. He had two extractions, they looked so much more entailed and she literally looked like she popped them out like Lego's -so effortless. It's so close to us I hope they stay in the area. The actual dentist is so sweet very approachable, and most of all really can tell she likes kids.

We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Longoria and her staff. After trying several other dentists in Houston and having very bad experiences this office was a breath of fresh air. My kids were happy and comfortable and I know they are receiving proper care.

Dr. Longoria and staff are AMAZING! My kids have been going to her for several years! My daughter was traumatized at a previous dentist office and it took me two years to convince her to give Dr. Longoria a try! They walked her thru everything and make her feel comfortable!!

Tried about 10 or more dentists and this is by far the best. Friendly and professional. They make my kids ready for the dentist and not at all scared. Love them! Our doc is Dr Longoria!

Dr Longoria was very warm and truly cares about her patients. She's thorough and very knowledgeable. We went for to get my daughters tongue tie assessed - I was struggling to feed her and she was a very unhappy baby. Ultimately, Dr Longoria gave an honest opinion and provided life changing treatment for my daughter. I loved the honest opinions/ science backed knowledge she provided for us to make the decision. She did not pressure us one bit. I was also glad she didn't propose an aggressive treatment path. Highly recommend!
