Dr. Tull has been delivering the highest quality dental and orthodontic services to the children in his community since 1983. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1977 before earning his dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1981. He then completed a two-year specialized residency in pediatric dentistry at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Tull is a Board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and is a member of many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Maryland State Dental Association, Anne Arundel County Dental Society and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Behling has been a practicing dentist in Annapolis since 1992. He earned his bachelors degree as well as his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh before completing a specialized residency in pediatric dentistry at the Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Behling is a Board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Maryland State Dental Association and the Anne Arundel County Dental Society.
Dr. Decere has been setting the highest standards in pediatric dentistry since 2002. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Lafayette College, her dental degree from Tufts University in Boston, and then completed a general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital Cornell University, and specialized pediatric dental training at Columbia University New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr. Decere is a member of many leading dental organizations, among them theAmerican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. Dr. Decere ison staff at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Outside the office, Dr. Decere is very involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Sheloves animals, tennis, snowboarding, boating, traveling and spending time with her husband, two girls and two dogs.
As far back as I can remember, Ive always wanted to be a dentist. My hope is to create memories of how much your child loves coming to our office, and how special they feel as my patient. As the mother of two young children, I understand kids and how different each and every child is. My promise to you is that I will be kind and compassionate and will treat your child as if they were my own. All their individual needs will be met in a caring, relaxed environment which will help them look forward to future dental visits.
Dr. Bolton comes to Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics with over a decade of experience in dentistry and orthodontics. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and clinical experience in traditional and Invisalign orthodontic treatment for children and adults alike.
After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame where he played hockey for the Fighting Irish, Dr. Bolton went on to graduate with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. Upon graduation he was commissioned a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Dental Corps and completed a one-year residency in the Navys Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Naval Station Norfolk. Upon completion of his AEGD he received the top resident award and subsequently served as Dental Department Head on the USS AUSTIN LPD-4.
On the USS AUSTIN he deployed for a year in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. He was then selected by the Navy for out-service orthodontic residency training and received his Masters in Orthodontics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Upon completion of his specialty program Dr. Bolton served as Staff Orthodontist and a Branch Clinic Director for 3D Dental Battalion in Okinawa, Japan. There he was in charge of a dental clinic with over 30 specialists and staff and oversaw both the orthodontics and general dental care of active-duty Sailors, Marines and their family members.
Dr. Bolton currently resides in Arnold with his wife and daughter. In his free time he serves as the assistant coach for both the United States Naval Academy and Broadneck High School hockey teams. You may also find him cheering on his Irish and beleaguered Buffalo Bills on any given Sunday. He is excited to live and work in the town he calls home and work alongside Drs. Tull, Behling, and Decere, continuing their tradition of dental and orthodontic excellence in our community. He looks forward to meeting you all!

Dr. Bolton and every staff member we interacting with was AMAZING !! My coworker recommended them and now I know why. The xray interpretation, plan of care, and prices were explained in great detail. The office was clean and kid-friendly !! I wish I could give them 10 stars !!! Update: We just had another appointment, and it was just as great as the 1st one ! I highly recommend this practice. Update #2: We have had several appointments for our new set of braces. Still amazing care, clean office, and very friendly staff (from the front desk to the provider )!! We never wait more than 2 mins after our appointment time ! 10/10 I highly recommend this practice ! Update 3: Care is still top tier!! 10/10- I highly recommend !

Last week was my daughters first time at this office. Prior to coming here we did not have a good experience with our dentist so my daughter was scared. However from the time we walked in the door until we walked out the door my daughter was happy, comfortable and not scared at all. I can't even begin to express how great of an experience this was. She even had two teeth pulled and they reassured her during the whole process that she was doing great. They put on her favorite show and she just laid back and before we knew it, it was over. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience. If I could give 1000 stars I would.

Always a great experience! The staff is wonderful, professional, and always so kind to my children. They have done such a great job during this pandemic to make our visits as safe as possible. It's hard to believe that I was a patient of Dr Tull and now my children are too!

My 2 year old Son had a cleaning today with Monika. I wasn't sure how it was going to go but Monika made him feel so comfortable it was as if he goes to the dentist all the time. Thanks for making his visit so enjoyable!

Today was our first visit to the office. We were welcomed with a sign that had my childrens name on it and smiling faces of staff. Hygienist were great and were very patient with all the children being seen in the office. Location was kid friendly and a welcoming atmosphere for kids! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist office for children.

After my 3 year twins proved to be more than my family dentist could handle (if you know twins... you know what I mean) we we're referred here. Hands down the best experience I have ever had taking any child to the dentist. The staff was incredibly kind, caring and understanding to both my girls needs and mine as an overwhelmed mom. My children had their first dental visit today at Pediatric Dentistry, and it was a success! My son is 3 1/2 and my daughter is 2 1/2. I was honestly very nervous to take them, thinking they would be terrified and cry the whole time, but both of my kids had a full cleaning with no tears! They even wanted to stay and play afterwards. Our hygienist Monika was SO great and welcoming with the kids. Her calming and fun presence made their first dental trip a great one for ALL of us!

All three of my children love going to the dentist! And, that is because of their experiences here with the Doc's and their entire staff who make sure to exceed all of your standard expectations:) My personal favorites today included and are not limited to the unicorn spear toothbrush for my approaching 6 year old, the demonstrated lesson on how and what purpose properly flossing is/does and the giggles (without laughing gas) my 4year old was having with his hygienist when her tools and hands where doing their job in his mouth.

My son fell on a toy truck knocking his front tooth loose this afternoon. Even though Pediatric Dentistry was closing in 30 mins they didn't hesitate to tell us to come in and take a look. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful and did excellent working with my son. We were in and out within 30 minutes, including getting an X-ray and follow up chat with the Doctor. We've found our new pediatric dentist . Thank you!
