Dr. Allison Miller, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, is excited to finally be practicing dentistry in her hometown of Winter Park! She resides here with her husband, Clay Miller, a general dentist who served in the United States Navy, and their three children, Harper, Brynley, and Palmer.
After attending Winter Park High School, Dr. Miller moved to Virginia to complete her undergraduate degree as a Harrison Scholar at the University of Virginia. She then attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond where she was awarded the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Predoctoral Award. Dr. Miller completed her pediatric dentistry residency as chief resident at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where along with treating healthy and special needs children, she also received training in growth and development, conscious sedation, and hospital dentistry. Following residency, Dr. Miller resided in Charleston, South Carolina working in private practice. Dr. Miller also served as faculty at MUSC, where she had the privilege of training pediatric dental residents and overseeing their patient care. For the last three years, she has been practicing in Florida and is thrilled to be starting her own office in her native Winter Park. During her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, running, paddle boarding, and visiting the beach with her family.
Dr. Miller feels it is important to incorporate her clinical skills in the office with a mothers nurturing touch. She treats all her patients like family and looks forward to building these lifelong relationships.
Dr. Miller is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Dental Society of Greater Orlando and the Florida Dental Association.
Kat is a Florida local and was born right here in Winter Park, FL! She has been with the practice since day one and has loved every moment since! She is drawn to pediatrics because she wants to help children overcome their fears and feel comfortable when visiting the dentist. When shes not helping Dr. Miller fight sugar bugs, she loves watching TV, spending time with family, and going to SeaWorld since her favorite animal is an orca!
Carrie is the face who greets you when you walk into our office! Along with being our insurance coordinator, Carrie also helps schedule, compile patient paperwork, and answer any questions or concerns you may have over the phone. Carrie comes from a large family with six siblings including lots of nieces and nephews. So she loves seeing our returning families and their little ones. When she is not in the office, you will find her at Disneys Hollywood Studios cheering on her husband, a stunt man for the Indiana Jones Show

Dr. Allie Miller leads our pediatric dental team, bringing the benefits of advanced training, experience and wisdom gained as a parent.
Our office is designed to allow our young patients to relax, have some fun and learn about their oral health in an engaging, age-appropriate manner. From the moment they enter the waiting room they should feel welcome to explore the surroundings. We want our patients to look forward to their visits with us and to develop healthy oral habits as early as possible. Our team tries to make dental care fun for children and to address the changing needs of teen patients. We also want parents and caregivers to feel comfortable when they visit, providing free coffee while you wait and a supportive team for managing your childs oral health needs. Dr. Miller takes time with all patients to evaluate their smile and answer any questions that parents or patients may have.
Our goal is to establish a lasting relationship with our young patients that will enable us to support the development of a healthy smile until they reach adulthood. We strive to provide the best possible patient experience and provide dental care that suits the unique needs of your child. Our team provides a dental education for your child, helping them understand what can impact the health of their smile and how best to care for it each day. We take cues from each patient on how to approach their dental care in our office, taking the time necessary to meet their needs when it comes to feeling relaxed or understanding what to expect during their visit.

I brought my 7w old daughter in to evaluate oral ties. The entire staff was very welcoming and so sweet to my girl. We were seen very quickly and she was able to have her ties taken care of the same day. Dr. Miller was very kind and obviously knowledgeable. You can tell she cares about what she does as she gave us options to ensure her best outcome. I will happily recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Brought my 19 month old daughter here for her first visit after being highly recommended. They did not disappoint. They were patient, kind and seemed to truly love what they do. Definitely a great dentistry for kids! Office was very clean. Helpful and kind front office staff. Unfortunately, they did not take our insurance so I did self pay but overall so glad I chose this dentistry & will continue to bring my daughter here.

Such a wonderful experience! After visiting 3 other providers in search of a dentist or ENT to perform a tongue tie release on my 6 year old and not feeling comfortable with any of them, we thankfully were referred to Dr Allie by a friend. Dr Allie was amazing, as was her staff! They made my son feel so comfortable immediately and when he came in for the procedure, he wasn't scared at all! They did a great job on his tongue tie release and we plan to continue to see Dr Allie for both my boys' general dental care needs!

Took my son to his first dentist appointment and they didn't disappoint! It was very clean, organized and every person we worked with was patient and gently with my 2yr old. Loved the tshirt gift and all the cute little things they do to make them feel comfortable. I'm so happy we picked them for his dental assistance. Very happy !

Always a smooth experience for me and my kids. They keep everything low stress for small kids and the office keeps it low stress for the parents. My daughter is very skittish especially with medical and dental appointments, and they filled her cavity with no fear no tears

The office is Ocean/Beach themed which is a beautiful distraction for anxious kidsright when you walk in the door. In the waiting room there are a few toys for little ones, video games for older kids, and a movie/show playing. The dental hygienist was patient, gentle, and encouraging with our four-year-old. There was a movie playing on a TV screen on the ceiling so while our child was laying back during the cleaning he could watch a show he picked out. The hygienist also did an amazing job of explaining everything she was going to do before touching our son with any of the dental tools. I recommend this practice to everyone, but especially anyone with a sensitive/anxious child.

Thorough and responsible smart people and my girls liked them-- the receptionist, dental hygienist who was totally amazing and loved kids, and the x-ray person and doctor! They all know what they're doing, clearly. Phew! Relieved to find this Dr.

We have had great experiences with this office. Staff is gentle and they work well with children to explain the process and allow them to touch things to be able to understand how they work. There is a flatscreen mounted on the ceiling of each exam room, and kids can pick what they want to watch. Multiple toothpaste flavor options. And a variety of toys to pick from when you're done!

Everyone was so caring and concerned and took time to answers our questions if we had any. The communication in preparation for our daughter's dental procedure was professional and gave us peace of mind. Our only regret is not bringing her in sooner when she was younger to start her dental care off right.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. After seeing a couple other pediatric dentist I came across Dr. Miller and I am so glad I did. This is the best dentist in central Florida. Everyone in the office is great, friendly, compassionate, always very professional and patient with me and my daughter. When my employers insurance went out of network I purchased an individual plan through another company just to stay here. Dr. Miller holds a great standard of integrity and actually cares about your child's well being and she won't be pushed to do anything she doesn't feel is best for your child. They definitely won't be getting rid of us anytime soon lol. I could go on but needless to say if you are looking for a dentist for your child you will NOT find better care elsewhere!
