Found this place on google maps, desperate for someone to see my child last minute complaining of tooth ache. The receptionist Nicole was so sweet and welcoming even though they were closing in less than an hour. They fit my child in, gave a cleaning and X-rays immediately after arriving. I didn't feel rushed at all and all team members took their time explaining every step of they way and answered all of our questions. Sabina the hygienist was very gentle with my son and encouraged good oral hygiene and techniques. Took her time teaching how to floss etc. The dentist was also very welcoming and took her time explaining. Overall the staff from the receptionist to the dentist had great bedside manners and am so glad I found this place. Highly recommend.

Wait time for me was less than 10 minutes. The hygienist and dentist were calm and professional. Great overall experience.

Imagine my disgust when I find out this dental practice was fined $750K by state for performing unnecessary procedures. My children went there and had invasive procedures done. I'll never know if those were actually necessary. Stay away

Normally I don't make reviews but this had to be said because it's ridiculous. I had an appt at 4:30pm and arrived about 4:20pm after leaving work early. I was called up to the desk and told my insurance company was not answering the phone and if they didn't I would have to pay $120.00 for my child to get a cleaning. I was told they need to check the day of appt to make sure the insurance is active. If that's the case why wouldn't a call be placed earlier in the day and not while the customer is sitting there if that is the protocol. Long story short I ended up walking out without being seen because they could not call the insurance and I refused to pay $120.00 when I have insurance. This also was not the first time my child has been here and I have used the same insurance on her previous visit. This was a major inconvenience with me having to take off work for no reason.

Wonderful experience for my daughter's first dental appointment. It's really cute and clean in there. Staff is welcoming and the doctors are so nice and kind.

I first came here with my two year old November 2021( her first dentist visit). I hated the look of this place and I told myself I was never coming back. That changed when I met the hygienist and the dentist. So warm so Gentle. Made my daughter first visit amazing. I told myself I would give the place another try. Fast forward to May 2022... a whole new facelift. The office was transformed. I walked in today with a confused look in my face because I was unsure if I was in the right place. Beautiful, kid friendly, clean. The staff hygienist( and starts with an S.....Sudena). Our hygienist was amazing and so gentle. Our Dentist was Dr Tillman. She took her time explaining. One thing I would dislike is that there is not parking lot.. it's street marking with meters

I took both of my children here today. Everyone here is very helpful and they move fast. They don't keep you waiting. I would highly recommend them.

I called them 5 times since Sunday because I haven't received notification from my pharmacy that a topical prescription was sent. The front desk person today on my 2nd call, put me on hold as soon as I said 'it's me again'. She put me on hold for more than 10 mins. I called them using another phone and she wasn't even apologetic.

My child has been going here since her first visit, she is always super excited to go each visit, sometimes I have to calm her down because she wants to run right in to the chair as soon as we walk in. The entire staff is welcoming and polite.

Had a pediatric crown placed in for my 5 year old, the process was decent overall however 2 days later my son developed swollen lip, called the office to consult the doctor and the receptionist responded saying it's common after the procedure she recommended salt water gargle and also that there is nothing the doctor can do, I insisted that my child is in pain and I want to talk to the doctor , she placed me on hold for a few seconds and said she spoke to the doctor and the doctor said that there nothing that can be done so wait and watch. It's irresponsible to not take care of patients post op, I did my research after and learned what the receptionist recommended ie salt water could actually have been very irritating to my child's blister, there are a few recommendations that could have also been made to ease the process for my child however the office irresponsibly chose to be unconcerned about it.

We had the most amazing, smooth dental check up for my five year old autistic son Mukaty. I was terrified more than him for the dental check up as he gets worse meltdowns whenever he hears a machine buzz, or someone touches his ears or head. The staff, the doctors were like super amazing heros! They treated my son with so much enthusiasm, care and support that he sat in the chair by himself, let them brush his teeth and even had the most smooooothing check up! I'm so grateful for people like the staff at Pediatric Dentistry. They make us parents of children with special needs feel normal and respected. Thank you so much! I would give this place more stars than 5!

I brought my 3 children in during the pandemic and all necessary precautions were taken. My kids felt very comfortable during the cleaning process because the dentist were very friendly. See you in 6 months.

Today was suppose to be my son first day at the dentist were both were very excited to go got there made a appointment for 10:30 got there at 10:20 like I scheduled with whomever I spoke to mind you I booked this appointment in August cause they didn't have any days that worked for me got there and the receptionist tells me that your appointment was at 10 not 10:30 I drove at 45 mins to come here she didn't even say you wanna reschedule just gave me a rude kinda look I just ended up walking out very disappointed

My son's First ever Dental visit! We were always confused where and what dentist is good to go but a friend referred us this dental office. I cannot explain In words how well my experience went today 09/16/20. The staff, the hygienist, the Dentist And the office. All goes beyond 5-star for my son. My son is little more then 3yo. He is usually in anxiety when we go to his PCP. Today he was a little tense but i am literally surprised how well The hygienist and the Dentist managed him and he was calm all this procedure. After procedure they gave my son a small present with baloon and he was happy as anythingTHANKGOD Definitely these people know how to deal with children. I do recommend them. So happy i was referred here. Thankyou sabrina. Way to go. Thankyou for the best smoothest experience ever. Thankyou.
