Amazing. My 2.5yo never opens her mouth for me but she LOVED her first visit to *this dentist. Couldn't be happier.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Amanda did a great job of making my 3 year old feel comfortable. Nice experience so far!

So I'm writing this review too many years late, but this place caused my fear of the dentist. In my last appointment I had at this place they told me I had a cavity and that they would do the root canal for me that day if I said yes. I found that so strange because they have been urging me for years to get a sealant on my back molars because of the "grooves" on my teeth and they would make me susceptible to cavities. I don't have any history with cavities!!! I also did not have any pain in the supposed tooth with a cavity and I even used a mirror to check and saw nothing. So I said no and I would let them know because they urged me to get it done or else "it would get worse". I made an appointment with another place and after they cleaned my teeth I asked if they saw a cavity, and they said no and were confused why I would ask. There was NO CAVITY. This place just wants money, and anyone who doesn't see it is fooling themselves. I did a consultation with their orthodontist Dr. Nick, and he insisted that I would have to extract FOUR ADULT TEETH to make room in my mouth!!! I went to a different one, who also did my braces for four years, and he said that was crazy and that I did not have to extract those teeth because I had room!!! This place is awful, and if you don't want your kids to develop a fear of the dentist, I would not suggest this place EVER!!!!!

TL;DR- if you can hold your tongue while the front desk staff are rude & snobby than the Dentists & dental assistants are worth it... My child & I absolutely adore Dr. Goli, the hygienists, & the dental assistants. They have always been wonderful. The front desk staff has always left something to be desired but my last interaction sealed the deal. The beginning of COVID we had a cleaning cancelled a day or 2 before the appointment, no big deal. The day of the rescheduled appointment I had transportation issues & had to reschedule. I was first told I could rescheduled if necessary & I said I would call right back with a definite date/time. When I called back a different, incredibly rude person advised I could not "reschedule." I could only cancel and rebook the appointment. This was a bit annoying, in addition to being spoken to like a common criminal I was accommodating & understanding when they cancelled the original appointment with short notice. I sucked up my annoyance at what came off as knit-picking & told her I'd like to do that please. She said I could but not during that phone call! I had to call back a different day to reschedule. I assume this is strictly to milk the ins. co or myself by billing a "cancellation fee.." I can think of no other reason that it be mandatory that I call back to book another day. I voiced to her that I had been understanding when they cancelled the original appointment & was told that was "when COVID was happening" as if the pandemic was over. It is pretty bad practice to make rescheduling as difficult & uncomfortable as possible as well as not being very understanding to a single mother out of work & without a babysitter during a nationwide lockdown. Luckily, we have since moved but after the back & forth with this unkind women and the many other encounters with the seemingly miserable front desk staff I would have made the decision to find a new dentist. It's unfortunate because it is a beautiful, modern practice & the doctor & clinical staff were always WONDERFUL.

Extreme poor professionalism experience by the lady Erin she is rude and unprofessional they said they can no longer have my kids be seen at this practice because the person that took my kids was not the legal parent or guardian and I couldn't sign the consent form they sent me via fax. She said they couldn't sent it to me via email and said that they will call me back to reschedule when I called back to reschedule since no one contacted me, she told me I can no longer go into the practice because I previously had to cancel due to testing positive for Covid. I would not recommend to anyone because they are very inconsiderable.

We have been patients of Dr.Goli since 2009. My all 3 kids love the staff there- our dentist, hygienists and office staff! Everyone is nice and friendly! The office has beautiful fish in a big fish tank!!!

Just came for initial consultation today but the staff was very friendly and the dentist was great with my son. Front office explained what to expect with insurance coverage and payment.

We've been going to this practice for 15 years and always have a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and make my children feel comfortable. I recommend them to everyone! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, Is at our latest visit, the front desk person, I haven't seen before, wasn't very friendly at all, never smiled and made me feel like I was being difficult when I couldn't take the first offered appointment. It was a bit disappointing. Good thing the rest of the staff made up for it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. The staff is so talented in working with children. They are fun, enthusiastic and sensitive to how scary the dentist could potentially be! We came from a different pediatric dentist practice where it was VERY difficult to get my kids to the dentist because they were scared to go. And now, they love going! Highly recommend!

Love this office & everyone there, especially Dr. Goli! Everyone is kind & gentle, & work so amazing with kids especially mine! I'm so glad my daughter will have good experiences with dentistry & grow up to actually like going to the dentist just like her mom!

My daughter loves coming here. She has always had a positive visit. And that says a lot about the dentist office when it comes from a 13yr old! Wish every office went by your standards:)

They are great from the warming welcome from the secretaries to the dental hygienist to the dentist, we have been there for about 5 years now for my son who loves everyone there and now for my daughter.She has anxiety and her first time there Kristen made everything so easy for her that everything went smoothly and my daughter now keep asking when she can come back to the dentist.
